What do you like best about Intergy?

The Practice Management is extremely user-friendly. It is easily navigatable to view schedules, patient demographics, patient financials, and some data from the EHR. This system is much compared to a couple other systems I've seen. Practice Analytics is a great reporting tool that we use daily. We have dedicated staff that run a variety of daily/weekly/monthly reports in addition to provider reports based upon user requests. We are able to pull a large number of the fields and import them into Excel for further manipulation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intergy?

For larger organizations, it would be nice to have some of the Intergy built-in reports have more detail options. If a site within the group wants to look at just their data, some reports won't go down to the level they need & a request is sent to my group for a Practice Analytics report. What do you like best about Intergy?

Intergy is highly customizable. There are frequently many ways to achieve a task and this allows providers to build workflows unique to their needs. System relys on Medcin rather than ICD-10\CPT codes for forms and other 'click to build' efficiencies. This allows for quick encounter note building and allows uniformity in searching findings and cross-functional reporting. Patient portal is integrated into the product. What do you dislike about Intergy?

SO. MANY. CLICKS. One of the most inefficient user interfaces that one could possible use.

Seems as if it were built upon layers and layers of previous code. Some seems to conflict with itself. There seems to be a lack of expertise and 'best practice' documentation. System relys on Medcin rather than ICD-10\CPT codes for forms and other 'click to build' efficiencies. This is a positive but is a strong negative when reporting meaningful use that requires ICD\CPT\HCPCS codes to be used. Patient portal seems configurable but removing one feature can require to remove many others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intergy?

Ability to pull from a multitude of reports specific to your needs. Support is typically available when you call in, minimal wait times. Practice management has reporting built in and if you cannot find the report you are looking for within Practice Management, you will most likely find it in Practice Analytics. Using the system is easy - learning/onboarding time is minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intergy?

Certain features of the Visit Note Templates do not work - they will freeze when importing goals from a large patient chart, then lock you out, and the system can sometimes shut down.

There are so many reports that finding the correct one can be tough at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
