As the leader of the monday.com for nonprofits program, I've had the pleasure of working closely with Goodstack, and there are several aspects I truly appreciate. Their validation flow is incredibly efficient, providing a seamless application process for our users. This efficiency ensures that our nonprofit plan is accessible to the right organizations, allowing us to extend our reach to 22,000 active nonprofits in 142 countries. What do you dislike about Goodstack?

Goodstack has been an incredibly valuable partner. From my point of view, there are two areas where there could be room for improvement. Although the percentage of false negatives in the validation process is low, I would love to see this percentage drop to zero –– this would ensure that no eligible nonprofit are inadvertently overlooked. Additionally, having access to more detailed analytics would be incredibly beneficial, as they would help my team refine our strategies and further grow our impact in the nonprofit sector. Operationally, they also increased approval rate and reduced fraud rate resulting into lower cost per additional user. More importantly, their wide reach allowed us to implement this solution globally, helping more eligible teachers and nonprofit teams around the world get access to our tool. We were initially hesitant due to the higher cost per verification.

However, after an initial pilot, we realised that the higher approval rate and the lower fraud rate offset the additional cost of automating our processes.

It’s Marta from the Goodstack team — thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and experience.

Please note, to protect your organization from impersonators, we must complete our due diligence checks when confirming your association with the organization, as part of our verification process. We appreciate that you have already provided some documentation but it may not be accepted for various reasons, such as not being the original version, or available for public download.

Fortunately, our Customer Service team has already seen that you have recently opened a support ticket with them. They will follow up shortly to assist with getting your Google for Nonprofits application approved - they are more than happy to help.

Also, just so you know, referencing the organization information on a registry is not something we can use to complete our checks alone as it doesn't allow us to confirm the identify of the person submitting the application.
