The Goodstack team is friendly and knowledgeable, and are strong partners. GoodStack responds promptly to inquiries and are strategic partners who provide recommendations, share ideas and information that could benefit our goals. **What do you dislike about Goodstack?** Although Goodstack has been a great application, improvements can be made into the visibility of conversions and analytics. It would be great to have more visibility into real time data and for it be accessible as well. **What problems is Goodstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Goodstack has been great at supporting us to validate nonprofit users globally and confirm their eligibility in our discount program. Goodstack has been a scale-able solution, but also one that has a quick SLA of 1-3 business days, with some applications even being approved within 3 hours. Their validation flow is incredibly efficient, providing a seamless application process for our users. This efficiency ensures that our nonprofit plan is accessible to the right organizations, allowing us to extend our reach to 22,000 active nonprofits in 142 countries. Goodstack's system is reliable and user-friendly, which gives us confidence that we're supporting nonprofits effectively and efficiently. **What do you dislike about Goodstack?** Goodstack has been an incredibly valuable partner. From my point of view, there are two areas where there could be room for improvement. Although the percentage of false negatives in the validation process is low, I would love to see this percentage drop to zero –– this would ensure that no eligible nonprofit are inadvertently overlooked. Operationally, they also increased approval rate and reduced fraud rate resulting into lower cost per additional user. More importantly, their wide reach allowed us to implement this solution globally, helping more eligible teachers and nonprofit teams around the world get access to our tool. **What do you dislike about Goodstack?** We were initially hesitant due to the higher cost per verification. However, after an initial pilot, we realised that the higher approval rate and the lower fraud rate offset the additional cost of automating our processes. As a result, we've rolled out Goodstack across all our verification requirements and we are now enjoying significant savings due to the improved cost per additional user. **What problems is Goodstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Goodstack, we were relying on either a slow, resource-intensive manual process or a quick, high-fraud auto-approval system to validate education and nonprofit applications. We appreciate that you have already provided some documentation but it may not be accepted for various reasons, such as not being the original version, or available for public download. Fortunately, our Customer Service team has already seen that you have recently opened a support ticket with them. They will follow up shortly to assist with getting your Google for Nonprofits application approved - they are more than happy to help. Also, just so you know, referencing the organization information on a registry is not something we can use to complete our checks alone as it doesn't allow us to confirm the identify of the person submitting the application.
