What do you like best about GoMeddo?

GoMeddo tools helped us easily define the accommodation capacity in our organizations, making it easy for us to have capacity that reflected reality, but most helpfully being able to have accuracy in our accommodation capacity helps us create customized offerings for our students and customers and that is invaluable.

Being able to trust the data in the system and knowing that what you see is what you will be able to get are vital and building our solution using GoMeddo helps us achieve this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoMeddo?

More customizable calendar events and elements would be helpful. The calendar being the central part of the scheduling and planning modules means that allowing more organizations entry points into the calendar to beable to customize individual elements of it, would be very welcome.

The timestamps automatically associated with every reservation gets slightly tricky to handle and the start and end date of reservations moving in lock-step are also not always needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoMeddo?

GM allowed me to fully ditch the scheduling and time registration tools. Having everything in 1 core system is such a relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoMeddo?

It takes a while to see and appreciate all the features it offers. Also because it is SF-based, it's hard to make it have a real slick UI you would usually expect for a premium planning tool.

We love the customization of GoMeddo. You can really set it up however your organization needs and their team is extremely responsive for any help you may need. What do you like best about GoMeddo?

GoMeddo is user friendly with clear calendars and OOTB scheduling screenflows. The product comes with a huge range of features and seems to have solution for every scheduling use case. I especially like the scheduler and GoMeddo rules, which make it easy to configure the availability of an event space. The product is easy to integrate with a website or external app, with pre-written api methods. The product support team are excellent and respond to queries quickly and efficiently. What do you like best about GoMeddo?

We've been using GoMeddo now every day for a few of years to managing foster care placements. Due to how sensitive the work can be, the ability to tailor the quick view to show household information, the intuitive layout, and the common Salesforce structure have all made it really useful for us. My contacts within the organization have always been very friendly even working late due to the time difference between their HQ and our lovation. What do you dislike about GoMeddo?

Like any software you will need to customize the settings and tailor things to your use cases. It has taken us a while to get to the point that we are really starting to see huge benefits from this simply because we needed the internal support to reach that point. In other words, if you're an admin with a year or so experience it should be simple integration! We needed a Salesforce-based tool to make scheduling our meeting rooms and resources easier, and GoMeddo absolutely delivers. Our team now spends way less time booking rooms and sending proposals, and can focus more on helping our customers succeed. Plus, the new Gomeddo online widget they launched lets customers book our meeting rooms directly, which saves us even more time. The widget was easy to implement and to integrate on our website. I love the user interface and the process of adding and managing reservations.
