What I like best about GoMeddo is the flexibility of the product and how great Tim and his team are in terms of support. As a Salesforce implementation partner, we have deployed it across various clients to manage different scheduling needs. The product is very flexible and be adapted to the specific logic of that use case without needing a bespoke build.
That flexibility and ease of use carries through to other areas too, and the new front-end builder makes configuring the booking experience genuinely straightforward.
Being fully native to Salesforce is a significant part of the value. There are no custom integrations to maintain, no middleware, and no sync jobs to monitor. Bookings land directly in Salesforce in real time, the CRM stays accurate, and the sales team works from one system rather than managing a separate scheduling tool alongside it.
