**What do you like best about GoMeddo?**

What I like best about GoMeddo is the flexibility of the product and how great Tim and his team are in terms of support. As a Salesforce implementation partner, we have deployed it across various clients to manage different scheduling needs. The product is very flexible and be adapted to the specific logic of that use case without needing a bespoke build. 

That flexibility and ease of use carries through to other areas too, and the new front-end builder makes configuring the booking experience genuinely straightforward.

Being fully native to Salesforce is a significant part of the value. There are no custom integrations to maintain, no middleware, and no sync jobs to monitor. Bookings land directly in Salesforce in real time, the CRM stays accurate, and the sales team works from one system rather than managing a separate scheduling tool alongside it.

**What do you dislike about GoMeddo?**

The initial learning curve around the more advanced configuration options took a little time, but the documentation is solid and the team fills any gaps quickly. Not a real complaint.

**What problems is GoMeddo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem is the gap between a prospect showing interest and an appointment actually being confirmed. Without GoMeddo, that journey typically involves a callback, a few emails, some calendar juggling, and a delay that gives the prospect time to lose interest or go elsewhere.

GoMeddo closes that gap. Real availability is surfaced instantly, the booking is confirmed automatically, and the record lands in Salesforce without anyone on the team manually updating anything. The speed of that process matters, the faster a prospect moves from enquiry to confirmed appointment, the less opportunity there is for drop-off.

As an implementation partner, the benefit to us is equally clear. Because it is fully native to Salesforce, there is nothing to integrate and nothing to maintain outside the platform.

**What do you like best about GoMeddo?**

GoMeddo tools helped us easily define the accommodation capacity in our organizations, making it easy for us to have capacity that reflected reality, but most helpfully being able to have accuracy in our accommodation capacity helps us create customized offerings for our students and customers and that is invaluable.

Being able to trust the data in the system and knowing that what you see is what you will be able to get are vital and building our solution using GoMeddo helps us achieve this.

**What do you dislike about GoMeddo?**

More customizable calendar events and elements would be helpful. The calendar being the central part of the scheduling and planning modules means that allowing more organizations entry points into the calendar to beable to customize individual elements of it, would be very welcome.

The timestamps automatically associated with every reservation gets slightly tricky to handle and the start and end date of reservations moving in lock-step are also not always needed.

**What problems is GoMeddo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about GoMeddo?**

GM allowed me to fully ditch the scheduling and time registration tools. Having everything in 1 core system is such a relief.

**What do you dislike about GoMeddo?**

It takes a while to see and appreciate all the features it offers. Also because it is SF-based, it's hard to make it have a real slick UI you would usually expect for a premium planning tool.

However, since the team is used to SF, it is more consistent with our current experience.

**What problems is GoMeddo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before GM we tried multiple scheduling solutions. Biggest problem was making it align with our SF data and flow.

There were many manual tasks I had to do. And even with automation tools like Zapier or Make, we couldn't make it do all we wanted.

Now with GoMeddo, we have an all-in-one solution for sales, scheduling, time sheets, staff registration, etc. Love it!

**What do you like best about GoMeddo?**

We love the customization of GoMeddo. You can really set it up however your organization needs and their team is extremely responsive for any help you may need. The ease of use is amazing, we have a range of employees with different skill sets that all find the software user friendly.

**What do you dislike about GoMeddo?**

We haven't found anything we dislike, their team goes above and beyond to solve for anything that may come up.

**What problems is GoMeddo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to schedule multiple resources, from lodging to staff, all in one place. This tool allows us to customize these schedules per department and makes sure we are all on the same page. We also see the ability to expand beyond this, which was important to our team as we grow.

**What do you like best about GoMeddo?**

GoMeddo is user friendly with clear calendars and OOTB scheduling screenflows.  The product comes with a huge range of features and seems to have solution for every scheduling use case. I especially like the scheduler and GoMeddo rules, which make it easy to configure the availability of an event space. The product is easy to integrate with a website or external app, with pre-written api methods. The product support team are excellent and respond to queries quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about GoMeddo?**

The initial set up involves a lot of data (adding records), which can be time consuming.

**What problems is GoMeddo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have implemented GoMeddo for companies in the travel, health, education, gaming and pet sectors. In every case, GoMeddo has streamlined the scheduling and management of events/reservations. Our clients have been particularly impressed with its features, clear user interface, and integration with their other products.

**What do you like best about GoMeddo?**

We've been using GoMeddo now every day for a few of years to managing foster care placements. Due to how sensitive the work can be, the ability to tailor the quick view to show household information, the intuitive layout, and the common Salesforce structure have all made it really useful for us. My contacts within the organization have always been very friendly even working late due to the time difference between their HQ and our lovation. The team has always been supportive of us when we reach out with needs.

**What do you dislike about GoMeddo?**

Like any software you will need to customize the settings and tailor things to your use cases. It has taken us a while to get to the point that we are really starting to see huge benefits from this simply because we needed the internal support to reach that point. In other words, if you're an admin with a year or so experience it should be simple integration! We just didn't have that when we started which was obviously nothing they had much control over but it could be a bit more user friendly.

**What problems is GoMeddo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were tracking foster care placements on excel spreadsheets. Different teams would keep the same information on their own spreadsheets resulting in confusion when one source contradicted another. That's no longer an issue as we have a single source of truth. Also we have integrated this into other business processes making monthly reimbursements a very simple process that takes minutes rather than days. Lastly, we have been able to tie it into Salesforce's automation in flow so it's made initial placements incredibly easier. Staff used to have consider an overwhelming number of factors when placing a child, but now anyone is able to see with a quick glance if we have a bed for a child to be placed eliminating confusion and speeding up crucial response times.

It's super flexible! You can create resources for anything you need meaning anything can be scheduled. The team are excellent at responding to support requests.

Some of the setup is complex but when you get to grips with it, it becomes easier to understand.

**What problems is GoMeddo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it in-house to manage resources for projects. It's made it easier to easily see who is on what project at any time. We have also implemented GoMeddo in several projects for our customers, for example, a customer who uses it to schedule events and uses GoMeddo to manage their event trainers, venues and attendees. It's made scheduling multiple resources in one go a much smoother process with less room for error.

**What do you like best about GoMeddo?**

We needed a Salesforce-based tool to make scheduling our meeting rooms and resources easier, and GoMeddo absolutely delivers. Our team now spends way less time booking rooms and sending proposals, and can focus more on helping our customers succeed. Plus, the new Gomeddo online widget they launched lets customers book our meeting rooms directly, which saves us even more time. The widget was easy to implement and to integrate on our website.

**What do you dislike about GoMeddo?**

If you’re new to Salesforce, there’s definitely a learning curve. Even so, our new team members have been able to pick it up pretty quickly.

**What problems is GoMeddo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us keep track of our reservations/bookings and the different processes, facilitating online bookings, ensuring the team is alligned on the current status. Being able to keep track of which companies are frequently booking and which industries to target.

I love the user interface and the process of adding and managing reservations. As a beginner on this platform, I’ve been able to get the hang of things quickly, thanks to the fast and helpful support from the Gomeddo team. So far, my experience has been really positive, and I’m excited to continue using it!

Initially, Gomeddo was a bit challenging to figure out. There are a lot of different parts and features, which made managing everything a little overwhelming at first.

Can be used for scheduling everything you want, it is as flexible as native Salesforce app. We also use it for invoicing and it has an out of the box integration with our Exact financial administration

With flexibility comes some complexity with the implementation, I would suggest to always use some consultancy services

Huge amount of customizability allows GoMeddo to fit a broad range of use-cases. Great customer support for partners, as well as solutioning calls throughout build to ensure new features are being leveraged. Frequent releases with improvements. We didn't have a use-case GoMeddo couldn't support throughout our build.

**What do you dislike about GoMeddo?**

Much of the config happens in data (not metadata) so it can be challenging to sync with sandbox environments.

Allowing scheduling to happen across individual and team calendars, across different locations. Customizable Equipment booking.
