We provide your customers with a stress-free experience by automatically sharing and communicating the location of your technician while they are on the way to your customers via tailored and professional text/email messages. This also significantly decreases the calls to your business with questions like “Where is my technician?” or “When will the technician be here?&quot;. Glympse PRO doesn’t require software or tools to be in place before you start using it. Our software can easily be accessed through any browser or our Glympse PRO mobile app (Apple and Android).

**What do you like best about Glympse PRO?**

As a real estate photographer in the busy Phoenix market, I'm constantly juggling appointments with both agents and homeowners. Glympse Pro provides an excellent means of keeping customers up-to-date on my estimated arrival time. This in turn enables them to be better prepared for my arrival, reducing my own on-site time needed to stage and shoot the property which helps me to stay on track for the next appointment.

**What do you dislike about Glympse PRO?**

Although entering appointments in via the website is a breeze, the UI layout in the iOS app seems a little clunky. In particular, I've accidentally marked myself as arrived simply by tapping the button while shuffling from one app to the next. Overall this is a minor issue that I'm sure will be addressed in future releases.

**What problems is Glympse PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glympse Pro allows me to focus on driving rather than texting customers with updated arrival times between appointments. Allowing customers to track my trip enables them to be better prepared for my arrival, cutting down on the extra time needed to help stage and photograph a property. This time savings helps keep me on track for future appointments.

**What do you like best about Glympse PRO?**

I love using Glympse PRO most for letting my customers know when I am headed to them.  This helps them to also see my status and they can track when I will arrive.  This helps to prevent no-shows and to time arrivals just right.

**What do you dislike about Glympse PRO?**

I cannot wait to see integrations with Glympse PRO!  Right now, they lack in that area so I have to do exports and imports to easily provide this service for my customers.  I use Calendly and my Outlook/Google Calendar and would love integrations to those to easily send the tracking information to my appointments.

**What problems is Glympse PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glympse PRO solves some of the manual communication with clients to update them on your status, if you are running late, etc.  It benefits me for reducing questions I have to answer.

Our customers constantly call asking where and when the technician is coming. This has significantly reduced with Glympse Pro

Glympse driver tracking is incredibly valuable to our customers as well as our internal operation tracking. Reporting helps us identify areas of improvement.

**What do you dislike about Glympse PRO?**

The app is getting refined all the time. So issues are resolved quickly and the development team is quick to respond.

**What problems is Glympse PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency outside the office through driver tracking. Gives the the insight into our efficiency.
