"Intuitive, User-Friendly "Organization" Software"

What do you like best?

It seems to be pretty customizable. The usability is well thought out, and there are no overbearing "reminders" to do this and that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I appreciate that user can turn off the automatic chatbox. I probably wouldn't use it otherwise. The one thing I'm disappointed by is that it's not easy to figure out what the business model/ price points are. But so far so good. No mention of credit cards or basic features that will only be avallable for 30 cays. However I did see that you can brand Glasscubes with your own corporate identity, which is not an unreasonable Membership benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

See the image that I attached. It's quick and easy to go there an customize some features that you'd appreciate. However it does seem to use a "stream" as the main user interface, which is a bit odd, since notifications are typically run in the background. There is a prominent "post" feature that is curious, since I have no clue who I'd be posting "TO". The default version comes with 2 users, one, which of course is yourself. I did catch glimpse of some sort of "global" interaction option. It also includes a personal chat feature (presumably between other members), which I'd be curious to test. Conclusion: although I'm not going to sign up for any paid version at this point in time, I am eager to play around with this software, since I've been considering/ looking around for a new organizational system for quite some ti me now. "My experience with glasscubes has been good."

What do you like best?

A great benefit that I received from this software was the ability to share files, manage documents and create my own personal content in one place. In the past, I would have had to use several different types of software to do all this in a timely manner.

The technical support is one of the best I have seen with any product or service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

One of the things I'm not a big fan of is the fact that most features are complementary software that is available to you at a higher cost that can be a lot when added with the initial cost of the software.
