**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

The live auction function was a bit clunky -- people texted and then a link was sent to them, which led to a website where they started entering all their data. So it was challenging to feel the real-time energy of a live give that wants to thrive on momentum. It seemed there were folks who raised their hand as if they were going to give but then did not follow all the steps required once they texted.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

Because we didn't feel the service served us as a small arts nonprofit we requested a cancellation of the contract. Not only were they inflexible and held us to a (very pricey) three-year commitment, the experience of communicating about our dissatisfaction was unpleasant. I can imagine this service working for some (much larger, perhaps?) orgs, but I would strongly advise you consider other platforms.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GiveSmart was meant to provide a live feed at our gala showing the donations in the room in real time. The amount of work donors had to complete to make a donation made this ineffective for a live giving "call to action." I could see it functioning over the course of an entire event if the goal is not to highlight, in real time, the giving.

Ease of use and set up.  Not to mention all the integrations its provides that helps.  Event management has become so much esaier

The only thing is that it took a little time to get set up initially but don't really think that had anything to do with the product itself.

Easier to track and report how we are trending and doing with regards to our fundraising goals.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

Overall, GiveSmart is a great product. We used it for our Spring Fundraising Gala, and it was great for the silent and live auction items, ticketing, revenue reports, etc. We are going to continue using it and appreciate the merging with MobileCause. It's very intuitive and was easy for our registration volunteers to use the night of the event.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

The only issue we experienced was continued billing for something that we had paid immediately upon receipt. We experienced significant issues with repeated invoicing, late payment messages, threats to deactivate our account, etc. We had to have our Bookkeeper, Director of Finance, and Head of School all communicate with the billing department and it went on for several months.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate that we can use GiveSmart for both our Annual Fund campaign and fundraising events. The platform made it easier for me to do my job with Development. The database management is also a great feature.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

The overall functionality of the website was great and relatively easy to navigate. Our donors thought it was easy to use, which is always nice especially since we have an older crowd of people.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

The customer service from Givesmart was some of the worst my colleagues and I have ever seen. We signed a contract with them that they would have someone on site and provide ipads for our volunteers, yet neither of those things happened. Even worse, the entire system crashed on us the night of the event and had the wrong winners listed for nearly all the items. Talk about a total nightmare! They would not even answer the phone when we were trying to resolve the issue.

Be sure that they uphold all aspects of the contract that you signed!

GiveSmart allows easy access to our donors and fans to browse the items and bid. We do realize that ease of use is a big thing for our people, so it's always nice to find software that is user-friendly.

I appreciate the support that is offered.  It is user-friendly as well.

The first few times I set up campaigns, it was a bit intimidating.  Because so many things are offered, sometimes I was not sure how to go about doing what I was hoping to accomplish.

GiveSmart is helping us to run successful fundraising campaigns and events, with the option to easily tie those two things together for our organization.  No need to go elsewhere.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

We have not only used GiveSmart to host our virtual fundraisers and events, but also as a supplement to our in-person events, such as our Annual Gala and Golf Outing. On GiveSmart, you can run auctions, raffles, contests, sign-ups, payment, day-of-event coordination and more! It was awesome for us to share our GiveSmart link with attendees instead of handing payments and tickets ourselves.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

There is a feature on GiveSmart that involves creating a webpage for your event. This web page feature is not as user-friendly and there not many options for customization. It does the job, but I wish it could be more customizable.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GiveSmart has made our virtual and in-person events so much less stressful! Instead of manually signing people up and checking them in at the event, it was all done virtually through GiveSmart! GiveSmart saves personal information for each attendee, making it very easy for repeat attendees to sign up for events and fundraisers.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

Mobilecause is a friendly, visually appealing platform that makes our constituents' giving a breeze.  It has big, easy-to-read button features, a solid set of features for arranging for exporting of account numbers, and good integration with SMS functionality.  They have a solid, affordable crowdfunding platform that, while it is not quite as flashy as those set up by some other vendors, is a great entrance into the crowdfunding game.  Volunteer management in crowdfunding is good.

Event registration forms are multi-function and allow for good information collection at the point of registration, and can be customized on the fly without losing past data.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

The most challenging aspect of Mobilecause is the relatively small default font size (it uses px instead of pt for font sizing and often requires sizing up) and some occasionally-challenging internal lingo.  I would like to be able to find a way to select multiple options on gift-designation dropdowns as well.

Their hashed weblinks can be a bit difficult to remember, but their forms play well with iframes and redirects.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because their gift and registration form styling is so simple and straightforward, and optimized for multiple screen sizes, we have found that our form abandonment rate is significantly lower than when using a previous form.  That alone makes this a good solution.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

GiveSmart has a lot of features. It's super customizable for the actual event page. I also think the admin interface is really comprehensive. I like that I can see all the elements in once place. I think the 'Users' section is great, and checking guests in to an event is very streamlined. I also love the online auction component and think GiveSmart makes it super easy to add and edit auction items. GiveSmart has a lot of features that take away a lot of the tedious work!

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

One issue I ran into was that users couldn't be combined into a household, so when I printed receipts after our event, some couples received separate letters. That could have also been my user error, but we probably should have had couples share a bidder number to avoid that. We had some couples who each bid on separate items, so it made wrap-up confusing because they thought they'd be checked out together. One other feature I had trouble with was when a guest donates online; it adds the donation to their "cart". Some guests missed this and could not figure out how to checkout and pay since their payment was not asked for upon clicking the donate button. There were some other minor things, but overall, nothing large enough to warrant not using the software!

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved many problems! Having an online auction reduces so much of the staffing needed to create and monitor paper bid sheets. GiveSmart also eliminates the need for staffing to enter donations and winners into the system manually. It tracks winners for us instead!  I also love that it can generate receipts and tax statements from within. That is an added benefit

It is not as simple as it seems. Very complex just to set up and requires hours of tutorials to get the basic information. Takes too much time when I thought it was going to take less.

It's probably a good investment if you have a person solely dedicated to it and nothing else.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

I love the flexibility that MobileCause provides us and their customer support i s top notch. They are always very responsive to us. This product gave us everything we were looking for at an affordable cost. It is perfect for our organization.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

One complaint I have had about MC is that on a very crucial day it was down for a long period of time. I was frustrated but I also understood how that could happen and they tried to make sure they kept their clients in the loop about what was going on and sent out apologies after the crisis was over. Other than that one day, the system and its support team have never failed or disappointed us. The only other complaint I have is that reporting is not as easy as I would like for it to be, especially the ability to save output for a report. Once you have several campaigns going and custom forms, your reporting has a ton of fields that you have to look through and choose from, making things cumbersome at times.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We host our everyday giving form through MobileCause and we are able to crowdfund for specific things now, which we have never cleanly been able to do. We have also been able to host a couple of giving days, which was also not something easily done before MobileCause. We have tested the texting feature on a control group to see what responses we would get and found some success with that as well. Having the flexibility that MC gives us and being able to do everything ourselves, in-house, has been such a big deal and cost saver for us.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

The easy setup of text to donate is the quickest way to get $$ into the coffers. We've used it on broadcast media to get an easy to say and remember keyword attached to the number to text. Works really well and we've been increasing our ability to use text to donate.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

Nothing, really, Mobile Cause works as advertised. The team is very helpful and setting up even a live event streamed over YouTube and Facebook simultaneously was easy, and worked with very few glitches. (Glitches that we did experience had more to do with our plan of how we were going to stream video on both platforms simultaneously for 10+ hours straight - don't do that.)

**Recommendations to others considering GiveSmart:**

Let the Mobile Cause team help you figure out how best to achieve your goals for a virtual event. We went in with an idea, but the Mobile Cause team steered us toward using StreamYard to be able to stream our event both on Facebook, where we have a pretty good following, and on YouTube where we can save the video in perpetuity. We have used the video of our 10+ hour event in snippets on social posts ever since. Let the experts help you figure our the best way to use their product.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did our first live event over Mobile Cause in August on 2020 and we have refined our approach and will be doing more virtual events in 2021. We were already working on plans to use Mobile Cause when COVID hit, so pivoting to virtual events was pretty seamless for us. But we needed some hand holding, which Mobile Cause provided. So, now we feel confident that we will be able to pull off our 2021 events effectively and seamlessly.

Givesmart offers a very user friendly service for those implementing events.  It is a comprehensive data base and offers many elements that are helpful for event planners and development staff.

My only complaint with Givesmart is some of the pricing, especially the fee per ticketed user.  

**Recommendations to others considering GiveSmart:**

I think it is the most user friendly system out there... you just have to make sure that your event will make enough return for it to be worth it.

With GiveSmart we are able to collect payment quickly and easily, as well as correct any missed or unintended payments.  We are able to pull many different reports for both accounting as well as being able to do year to year comparisons.

The text-to-give option is a huge help, especially for a younger crowd.

It takes a little bit of time to set everything up the first time. But once it's set up, it's really easy to maintain.

Another great part of the program is the fundraising thermometer. If you run events around your fundraising, it's a great way to boost participation and interaction with the audience.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We set up Mobile Cause in the fall of 2019 to prepare for a large summer program for young adults. This program is 75% funded by participant donors, and without that money, the program would not be possible. Because we had Mobile Cause already set up, when Covid hit, we were ready to switch to accepting donations fully online. Without this service, the program could not have happened last summer.

There is not just one thing that I like best, there are a whole bunch of things I like best. First is the software is really user friendly you do not have to sit a read a book just to find out how to get to a single transaction or donation Second the  search function it is so easy to find a name, date, transaction for a credit card donation. Third the main screen has a big picture of what we have received and for who.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

I wouldn't consider it a downside, but card connect and mobile  cause should be on the same app or together somehow.  But I am sure you have your reasons.

I like how it shows where the donation is supposed to go per person, on a simple report. It is easy to double check your work.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

It is hard to narrow it down to what I like best about MobileCause. But overall, I love how user-friendly the custom form creation is, and I have to give it up to their Knowledge Center and Excellent Support! Anytime I have questions (or suggestions) about a functionality, I've had a positive experience with their support team and/or our account rep, and their Developers do a wonderful job integrating and rolling out new features.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

Sometimes the logo from the default settings gets a little finicky when building out a custom form, and the social (Facebook) image to show up correctly can get wonky, but it it just a quick trip the knowledge/resource section or a support ticket to troubleshoot.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the very rare occasions our website donation forms aren't functioning, then MobileCause to the rescue!  The forms have been excellent especially for urgent fundraising needs in times of crisis. MobileCause also has new features that meets best practices that we can leverage and test for both lead generation and donor acquisition, with capabilities we have yet  to apply on our organization's web forms.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

MobileCause has some of the best digital fundraising tools I've seen. My ability to create giving forms for different campaigns in less than five minutes allows me to spend time fundraising instead of messing around with slow, clunky tools. I can adjust giving forms on the fly based on performance or feedback from donors or board members.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

I have not found much that I dislike about this system. When I do find an issue, MobileCause works very hard to correct the issue or train me on how best to use the system. They have even sent many of my ideas to development and made them part of the program.

**Recommendations to others considering GiveSmart:**

I would recommend those starting to work with MobileCause to set up a regular (bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) phone call with your account manager early in your partnership to ensure you have a standing appointment to ask questions to learn the program and address any concerns or issues that are arising. I have found this forced me to think about the program in a way that allowed me to learn and become comfortable with many features very quickly.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MobileCause has solved our problem of diversifying our fundraising practices. Because we can simply and easily set up new giving forms based on fund accounts or campaign style (Day of Giving, Event based, etc) we have been able to add many new campaigns to our annual fundraising plan, which has been paramount to our success.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

Mobile Cause created an easy to use program for both the organization and donors. As someone who has little to know computer programming experience I am able to create forms, individual company campaigns, and events with no problem. On top of that, when I do have an issue their customer service is extremely helpful and quick to get back to me.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

One area I feel they could improve would be more personalization options when setting up events. I wish I could change logo sizes and the position and size of the text.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With many companies switching to remote working this year we have been able to continue to run our employer campaigns by providing them with a digital form compared to paper forms. This saved a large part of our campaign and employers seemed to like the ease of it much better. We have been able to hold virtual fundraisers to take place of in person events. Mobile Cause has been a saving grace this last year, especially with COVID-19.

Easy to upload video and photos. Looks great. I like the ease of interaction between donors and our CRM, when working (see below).

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

The entire platform went down on Giving Tuesday--the biggest donor day of the year. It caused a lot of frustration and confusion as we had to switch back to our website donation page without all of the info for GT. There was no communication during this time from Mobile Cause. I sent several emails that were not addressed. By the time it came back up, it was too confusing to switch again, so all of the work for our GT page was for a few short hours in the morning. It was very disappointing.

**Recommendations to others considering GiveSmart:**

The platform looks great. I had a good interaction with staff for the first fundraiser where they set it up. There is a bit of a learning curve when you do it yourself, but it is not too difficult. Unfortunately, the lack of communication during a major breakdown on the biggest giving day of the year is a huge negative.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the ease of setting it up. It is a good landing page for campaigns (when working).

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

We wanted to execute a text-to-give feature for our annual meeting, and we learned that in addition, Mobilecause offers all kinds of features that could help us up our game for fundraising.  I love the autoreply customization and we also used the thermometer feature at our meeeting (that tracks donations in real time). It takes a while for our members to adapt to new things, so we have a lot of room for growth, but Mobilecause is constantly adding new components, benefits, education - it's a valuable resource. They also have great customer service - when we had questions, some one always helped fast.  We didn't expect that.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

I wish the merchant processing percentage was even lower (I know it's already low...but a girl can wish...).

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a variety of ways to give.  Online PLUS text -to-give helps us cover bases.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

I currently use MobileCause for my nonprofit's fundraising endeavors. MobileCause proves to be easy to navigate both on the back end within the internal system and externally users visiting our fundraising page. Creating fundraising forms an associated pages are simple. It is an easy system to navigate and provides an appropriate amount of customization so the page feels special and personalized. For the user, it is proficient on both a desktop and mobile end. The system provides a clear way to text-to-donate, view videos, look at sponsors, and track your donations. I value being able to update and make changes quickly as new sponsors are added or situations change.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

The MobileCause technical team is not responsive. They need to work with individuals 1:1 and help more on the back end. I am lucky enough to be computer savy and have a team that can help me. If I was to leave all my issues to MobileCause I am afraid I would not get superior service. When I had issues with embedding the video and choosing how to highlight my sponsors and reached out to the team I was given tool-kits, guides, and links. I never benefitted from someone calling me and walking me through the platform. That was the biggest downside. For someone that does not have IT support, this platform may not be for you.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MobileCause helped with two main initiatives: hosting our fundraising event and providing donors a streamlined way to give. The associated benefits outweigh any potential dislikes with the technical support team. I am provided with an easy and customizable platform with unlimited key words and text-to-donate pages. I am able to use these forms for various campaigns and to catalyze my donors to give. The entire system offers me an efficient way to engage my donors to give comfortably from their cell-phones. I am able to run reports and do a thorough analysis of my donors with the associated reports provided.

I am constantly promoting our text-to-donate feature across our website and social media platforms. MobileCause gives us an easy was to show donors how they can give back and do so easily through a simple text message.

Fairly easy to use, lots of help videos and documents.  The live online basic training classes were very helpful, as are random training sessions that are set up when a new feature is rolled out.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

Reporting, I need a very specific report each week and the manual process takes me quite some time. MobileCause was able to send me the report one month, but said they couldn't do it every month and couldn't create a report for me to run on my own.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdfunding, which we are just getting set up.  We've been approached by people wanting to set up fundraising challenges so are happy we can now offer this. (MobileCause has offered this, we are just getting it set up on our end.)

I highly recommend this product.  We have been very happy with our results.

Peer to Peer, Virtual Event, DIY Fundraising among others.  In this year of COVID, MobileCause enhanced our ability for community fundraisers to support us in virtual ways and also allowed us to create a virtual event for which we have received tremendous positive feedback.

The flexibility that is available in making pages and forms visually appealing while including all of the information that a donor wants to have. Forms are easy to use for the donor.

I would like to have greater integration into my CRM (DonorPerfect). It is very limited as to what information can by synced.

**Recommendations to others considering GiveSmart:**

If you are looking for stand-alone pages and forms, MobileCause is great. If you are looking to embed them on your current website, check with your website administrator. There is limited flexibility when embedding. It does not work for our current website so we simply link to the MobileCause pages. We are hopeful that our new site, which is under development, will be able to better embed the forms.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed visually appealing pages and forms that we were not able to achieve on our outdated website. MobileCause has made it easy to create those, giving us the ability to create campaigns in a way that we weren't able to do previously. MobileCause has made it easy to create beautiful, impactful pages that speak to donors and increase donations.

I like the ease of setting up new campaigns.  The training webinars and videos are also very helpful as is support.

I don't know that I dislike it as much as I'm still learning to pull reports.  They are not very intuitive.  I get what I need, but it seems to take a while.

WIthin a week of signing up for Mobile Cause, we had a wildfire in our community.  I was able to get a Fund set up in one morning.  Earlier in the year, it took days to get a bank account and website form set up for our COVID fund.  We are able to be more nimble in our fundraising.  Mobile Cause allows us a simple text to donate option to include in social media or other communications

Pulling reports is easy. Setting up peer2peer and crowdfunding is equally easy. Tutorials and articles are excellent.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

Sharing to social media isn't as seamless as I'd like.  Sometimes it takes longer than I'd like to get a call back from support services. With the basic package text has very short character limit and only video link option (versus video view within text message.)

Now that we are using more of the features we are seeing increased online giving; affiliates are also more likely to share links with others.

The many opportunities to serve our donors, fundraising services, and great technical support along with account management support.  Really like that they continue to upgrade their services to make them user friendly and tech advancing for their customers.

Sometimes it takes a few extra minutes to find their training modules but eventually I do.

Donor acquisition and retention, new fundraising platforms to reach donors, virtual events are all reasons we wanted to join with MobileCause.  We have greatly benefited from all of the above with the exception of virtual events which we are currently looking at right now.

GiveSmart provided an organized platform for our event. There are so many details to handle and we used this platform for our gala ticketing and online auction.  We had the support we needed and an efficient way to manage the event from start to finish. The staff was helpful and provided answers to every question and need in advance and during our event.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

There are a few design limitations with the templates provided but being a new user these were still more helpful than not. A couple of customizations required me to seek support, but everything was still handled promptly and to our satisfaction.

This is a great tool for extending the reach of your event to an online communitry.

We solved the management of an online auction and event ticketing.  The dashboard provides handy resources for reporting.  The reports we needed for accounting are all there and even more analytical tools we did not think to ask for.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

It is a very easy check out process for all the attendees. And it also helps our volunteers save a lot of time with deliver silent auction items to the winner. And the Givesmart trainors were also very helpful at the event. They helped us with the check in and check out process when we had too many guests coming at the same time. And the technical support on Givesmart online platform is awesome. They're always there for my question with very details instructions and answer. Qucik response as well.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

The check in process took a little bit longer because we had an event with 450 attendees and there were only 4 ipads available. So it was not enough ipad to process quickly for all the attendees when they all came at the same time. The lesson from Givesmart trainors to volunteers didn't seem very cleary about how to use the swipers for credit card information. Some of our volunteers were confused about that and decided to manually input the guests' credit card info when they checked in, which took a lot of time extra.

**Recommendations to others considering GiveSmart:**

Considering about your attendees quantity, I think 1 ipad per 60 attendees is a good estimate.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Givesmart help me to determine who is VIP or not VIP guest by pulling out from Attendees Report. At first I didn't know we could add an extra note next to the person who we chose to be VIP guest, we called Givesmart and one technical support instructed us how to add that note in. Great experience!

The people who work for GiveSmart are always above and beyond helpful. From setting up the site, to helping our actual events run smoothly, I always feel confident that our event will run smooth with their help.

I would love if there were more ways to advertise on the platform, and an easier way to do it. I think the current ad set up looks a little outdated and could be even better.

If you are planning a social event GiveSmart is the way to go. The platform will only help make your event successful. You are really paying for amazing customer service and event support.

Our silent auctions run incredibly on the GiveSmart platform. It is great to be able to leave our auction open based on how the schedule of our event is running and how many bids are coming in. We also love being able to capture the data of our attendees to help us plan future events.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

The system itself is pretty intuitive, and the service they provide (they match you with a support person who also is often your day of inperson contact) were really helpful. The staff they had on site were very professional and took a lot off of our plates. It also made ticketing, auctioning, assigning numbers, etc very smooth. There were a lot of moving parts and the software and staff really helped make this system work well and made our event run smoothly.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

It did lack some customizability. Prior versions of it allowed us to customize the site a little more - and their team helped with that. Some reports were also a little challenging to pull, but we were able to get all of the info we needed.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a small organization and major fundraising events are a big undertaking for us. Givesmart provided us with an easy way to facilitate registration, sponsorships, auction items, silent auction items, and reporting, and also providing staff to help us on site with all of these components. Those were all big helps.

**What do you like best about GiveSmart?**

The user interface is extremely easy to use. In addition the online tools and online support chat are top notch, both through video demonstrations and live chat. I've rarely had to wait more than overnight to get a response.

**What do you dislike about GiveSmart?**

If anything, the print function for the auction items has a bad layout. It truncates the description to the first 100 words (?) and then you have to go online to read the rest. as a user at an event, even if i'm going to bid online, its would be nice to read the entire auction item description in print.

**Recommendations to others considering GiveSmart:**

This software was amazing. I've used it on two events now in the same year and it's easy to setup, easy to add users, easy to administer, and has all the bells and whistles from selling tickets, to table seating management, to checking-out customers, receicing payments, and preparing reports and tax/donation letters. It's a one-stop shop and I love it. Highly recommended.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of the procurement items is crucial. Not just to be able to sort the incoming gifts, but to keep track and run tax receipts at the end of the year. The software provides a really easy system to generate these tax letters, just be sure you enter each item individually as they come in.

I appreciate the tutorials pre-event, as well as smooth and prompt communication. I also cannot say enough about the help we received during the event. The leads did above and beyond what was in their job description and what was asked of them.

I think I'm still adjusting to 501 now being Community Brands and GiveSmart, but overall it's a good improvement, and the GiveSmart platform is doing an excellent job of communicating the adjustments.

**What problems is GiveSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like the classes that my team and I can register for. It's a great tool for learning the ins and outs of GiveSmart, but also how to improve our fundraising techniques. We are using GiveSmart for our own personal events, as well as third party events regarding ticket sales. It is an easy, self guided process that our supporters and customers are comfortable with.
