We have used another electronic bidding vendor in the past. What sets GiveSmart apart is the customer service they provide. Recommendations to others considering GiveSmart: Running an auction electronically, especially if you're used to doing it the old fashioned way, sounds intimidating, but GiveSmart makes it so simple.
