What I like best about Customer Relationship Management Software is its ability to centralize and organize customer data, making it easier to manage and nurture client relationships effectively.

What I dislike about Customer Relationship Management Software is the potential for complexity and the need for thorough training to fully utilize all its features, which can be a barrier for some users.

Customer Relationship Management Software is solving the problem of disorganized customer data and communication by providing a unified platform, which benefits me by improving efficiency in managing customer relationships, leading to better customer service and increased sales opportunities.

**What do you like best about Getfly CRM?**

The most helpful thing avout Getfly CRM is the flexibility of the interface and the option to chat, email and call simultaneously. It makes the associates life easier.

**What do you dislike about Getfly CRM?**

Getfly CRM seems to have a small bug with capturing real time data when it comes to metrics, I meas when work is flexible then the metrics should also improve in terms of schedule adherance.

**What problems is Getfly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Downloading the entire scheduling data, calculating matrics, providing feedbacks, routing issues, Workforce management, anticipation of flow of work, these are the benefits we get when we use Getfly CRM.

Exploring & learning the intracies of  Getfly CRM require some effort and patience. It is challenging initially to grasp all the the aspects of it but with time and effort one can acquire better understanding and proficiency in utilizing it.

**What problems is Getfly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By Centralizing and organizing data, it simplifies the task of handling customer information. One can quickly locate the information they need without shifting through piles of disorganized data which is time consuming and prone to errors. This makes the process of managing customer information more efficient.

Very good price for the software, easy to use and has everythign I need for my CRM needs. Every added benefit is overseeable and adjustable.

**What do you dislike about Getfly CRM?**

There is nothign I dislike, however, I am still wondering what the exact added benefit of this software is compared to the competitors.

**What problems is Getfly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overview of my customer relation needs, making sure that Iwon´t miss any meetings and that the correspondence is colleted at one place to be overseen.
