**What do you like best about Gearbox?**

I appreciate Gearbox for its user-friendly interface and how it simplifies maintenance and makes work efficient. The software helps analyze everything, automates regular work, and integrates very well with processes. I like how it focuses on performance tracking and coaching documentation, packaging everything in one easily accessible platform while personalizing content. Gearbox is quite versatile; I use it to manage about 600 assets ranging from trucks and trailers to generators and testing equipment, recording servicing, repairs, annual compliance inspections, and more. It integrates seamlessly with GPS positioning software like Navman and Procon without any issues. Plus, the initial setup was seamless and proved to be very user-friendly.

As of now there may be some minor things which can be easily fixed

I use Gearbox for simplified maintenance and efficient work. It helps analyze everything with a user-friendly interface, automates regular tasks, and has great integration with our processes. I also manage around 600 assets, tracking performance, servicing, and compliance seamlessly.

**What do you like best about Gearbox?**

I like Gearbox’s simple and user-friendly interface that is easy to understand, even for first-time users. Its reliable performance saves time by automating routine work. Gearbox offered a smoother onboarding experience and better overall usability, making the transition straightforward for our team. The initial setup was quite easy without needing extensive training. Overall, I find it easy to use, reliable, and a solid solution for most teams.

Some advanced features are not very intuitive at first and could benefit from better in-app guidance or documentation. Occasionally, performance feels a bit slow when handling larger workloads, and having more customization options would make the platform even better.

**What do you like best about Gearbox?**

I like how easy it is to use the Gearbox tool. I enjoy the interaction it offers when managing the structure of a graphics engine. Additionally, seeing the structure of my fleet of vehicles clearly becomes easier, and once I get familiar with the interface, I quickly get used to it.

**What do you dislike about Gearbox?**

Sometimes, changes must be made several times, which can become annoying. Also, when I change the status of the fleet to change the structure, it freezes or doesn't save.

**What problems is Gearbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gearbox to test the game engine, manage the structure of a game engine, and visualize the structure of my fleet of vehicles. The ease of use of the tool makes the interaction enjoyable.

Occasionally I notice small things that could be refined, but the platform is solid and the team improves it regularly.

Gearbox addresses the challenge of disorganized maintenance and compliance workflows. Rather than having fleets manage paper inspections, spreadsheets, and various tools separately, everything is consolidated in a single platform. This provides managers with a clear overview of upcoming tasks, overdue items, and areas that require attention, helping to keep vehicles operational. Personally, it has made my discussions with fleets much smoother, as I can demonstrate an easy method for staying on top of maintenance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance records efficiently.

So i had used this app for a long time during my college period and I can vouch you that for managing the apps and tools without distraction,it is an great app to use .I personally used for accessing my useful app instantly,it have tools collection and their utility too very reliable and efficient app for launching apps with customization.

**What do you dislike about Gearbox?**

Though it was a great app but it lags at some point because a bug was present in it but now it is been solved and it's performance too with time.

It is very reliable and efficient app for making all the things very organised and on one word i like to say it is one app many Utility.It have reduced my mental Pressure to a great extend .

**What do you like best about Gearbox?**

Gearbox has helped our business to ensure our trucks and equipment are maintained on time. It has assisted us in ensuring our boys are completing their Prestarts when they should be.

**What do you dislike about Gearbox?**

It would be great if we could have plant/vehicles documents available on the prestart app, that way drivers and operators can have what they need on site. From correspondence with the Gearbox Support team, I believe this feature is one they are working on :D

**What problems is Gearbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We found our assets where also being serviced late due to a communication break down between our operators & drivers and our office. This closed that gap to ensure we can get maintenance booked in advance and keep the business running smoothly.

Gearbox has a great technical support team and they're always happy to adjust their database to suit the operator. Helps gather data for NHVAS requirements.

Can exclude data from reports where simple data entry errors are made.

Updating reports to better align with NHVAS standards. Makes audits and reviews simple as data is all automatically generated.

I have been using Gearbox since it was first released. I have loved how the program has evolved over time to simplify everything in line with compliance and industry standards

for a long while I would say there was no training matrix, but this has now been added so I am supper happy

I use Gearbox for several reasons. Tracking Services & Repairs, tracking staff and training and for me the main reason is NHVAS compliance

**What do you like best about Gearbox?**

Gearbox is soo easy to use not just from an office point of view but simple for the drivers, mechanics and auditors to use. I love being able to have a standalone program that I can track my fuel, maintenance, HR, accidents, parts and everything else that comes with it. I have used Gearbox since its intergration; we started with Service Tracker and grew with Gearbox. Plenty of ideas have been presented to the staff there and a lot of them have been integrated into the product, they even use my icons to help simplify it. I cannot imagine running my company without Gearbox and I highely recommend it to any one.

**What do you dislike about Gearbox?**

Its hard to find anything to dislike about Gearbox, usually if there is an issue - I make sure the support team know about it to rectify it or at least give me a reason why it shouldn't be implemented.

**What problems is Gearbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly there are soo many options out there right now; finding the right option that is simple and services your needs is crucial. Gearbox’s commitment to constant improvement ensures that our fleet management continues to evolve with industry trends, providing us with a competitive edge and because of this Gearbox proves time and again that they are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what fleet management technology can achieve.

**What do you like best about Gearbox?**

Gearbox is a very versatile application. I use it to manage approx 600 assets ranging from trucks, trailers, sweepers, generators and compressors to Test and Tag, annual RCD and Thermal Imaging scanning for switchboards, scissor lifts, carpet cutting machines in fact any asset that needs to record servicing, repairs, annual compliance inspections, odometers and hour meter readings etc.
Gearbox integrates daily with GPS positioning software from Navman and Procon with never a problem.
You always get a person on the phone and very rarely have to leave a voicemail.

**What do you dislike about Gearbox?**

There is not much to dislike, I cant think of anything.
