What do you like best about FTx Identity?

When working with FTx Identity’s SDK, it did not even take me some time to integrate, and the process of customers’ verification of their age is seamless. Has assisted in making the age verification process easier for my online store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FTx Identity?

FTx Identity does actually sometimes take time for the firm to get the verification data back from them. This is not good for customers as they have to spend a few more minutes before they complete their order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FTx Identity?

FTx Identity integration was easy overall and I had my age verification system set within a day. This means am able to prove the age of the user from a discount list via one or the other method most preferred by the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FTx Identity?

At some point, we have experienced that our Internet connection is lost for a few minutes, and FTx Identity just freezes. This caused customer dissatisfaction and finally a pause to age verification process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
