I like that VeriScan seems easy to use. It’s a pretty straightforward system, so we don't waste time trying to figure things out.

**What do you dislike about VeriScan?**

I'm not sure if this matters, but the volume of IDs that we get causes our scanners to wear out pretty fast. And they're pretty expensive. So we've already had to buy three, and we've only been open three years.

I use VeriScan to verify that customers are over 21 and ensure the IDs are real, boosting our confidence in these checks.

The new scanner is a lot slower than the original. It takes longer to read the ID barcode than before.

The device is fairly bulletproof, seems well made and works well throughout the night. The battery lasts through the 8 hour shift on busy nights without any problems and I really haven't had any problems with it yet

**What do you dislike about VeriScan?**

The buttons/directions aren't always intuitive, so getting back to the scan screen has been frustrating for some of the staff.

We were having some problems before trying to differentiate between real and fake IDs, since some of the fakes are now incredibly good. The VeriScan has eliminated that worry entirely.

VeriScan assists the check in process for our business significantly.The software is easy to use and makes the check in process smoother.   We use this platform every day to check patients into our establishment. We are able to tell if an ID is real or fake, expired, and when it is someone's birthday! The help desk was very informative and assisted me to his ability before transferring the issue higher up.

**What do you dislike about VeriScan?**

The software update had a few kinks and put us out of the application for a few days, but that is the price you pay with technology. The help desk was quick to resolve the issue.

VeriScan allows us to check the legitimacy of ID's which prevents us from letting in patients who are under 21. That keeps us from fines and issues with the state.

We also make use of the ability to perform on-demand DMV checks when we require extra scrutiny. We have found that our rate of fraud has decreased since starting with VeriScan.

Top-Notch Customer Support: The VeriScan customer support team has been fantastic. They are always responsive and helpful. For example, when scanning MMJ cards, patient information was not always 100%, this was quickly resolved. Their assistance keeps our operations running smoothly.

We have not had any issues with our installation/integration.  There are times in which the our Veriscan cloud accounts get kicked out, and have to re-login--but an issue of this nature is expected with a cloud application.

We use this everyday and he robust data management features provide seamless record-keeping and compliance with age-restricted regulations. Additionally, the integration capabilities with existing systems enhance operational efficiency. VeriScan stands out for its accuracy, ease of use, and comprehensive support, making it a top choice for ID verification needs. The Customer Service is excellent as well. If you dont use it, you should its VERY easy to set up.

The only lthing Id say I do not like is the disconnect of integration after updates. Other than that we love it!

So far so good for what we use it for. No complaints so far. Maybe we would like to have 2 devices on one account but only use 1 device at a time. We use VeriScan at the company I'm employed at. It is user friendly and for the most part doesn't give us any issues. If we have had any issues, it's been easy to get in touch with customer support and they fixed the problem quickly.

Dashboard. It is a very useful tool. I can look at multiple locations all from one place. Searching for customers is so easy. We use it to scan hundreds of ID's daily.

I used to be able to call the number and get a tech's help fairly quickly. Now I leave a message with one person and have a different person call me back. A little time consuming since they might not get back to me on the same day.

I wish it integrated with Dutchie a little better to prevent duplicate profiles (if someone places an online order with the name Jon Smith but their license says Jonathan Smith, it will create two profiles). This is also feedback for dutchie, but I wish that DOB and name (even nickname) was able to be identified and consolidated

Prior to utilizing ID Scan's services, we were losing thousands and thousands of dollars a year in chargebacks.  Since using ID Scan we have  been successful in reducing the frivilous fraud chargebacks by 90% We are very pleased and will continue to use the ID Scan system on all attractions.

I dont have anything bad to say about ID Scan.  We are a very happy customer!

We love the convenience of this system. Searching the history is extremely easy, the reporting is very handy.

The devices seem to stop working often. It will work for a few days and then the scanning option will cease to exist when pushing the buttons. It generallly will take rebooting the device when it stops working, which doesn't bode well when we are busy and need the devices to work.

That when you verify it is instant. Very fast for customers to check in.

Almost every update and if the user does not update and says update later then it does not work any more. This happens at multiple of our stores. Then I have to get with support and get it fixed. We have some stores with multiple VeriScan installations. The support is great but at this point they just told me how to fix it at this point.
