1) create task by forwarding e-mail

3) checklist as subtask
4) simple onboarding for colleagues, and also for "older" users

Finding files saved on cloud like Google drive - if they are only linked, it can be hard to find them. (files like .doc, .xls, images are visible in special preview tab) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
