It’s easy to use and to collaborate with other members of our team. I often use the integration with Google Mail to create a task directly from an email. For a nonprofit organisation, the price isn’t cheap; nevertheless, they offer a discount for mutual collaboration. They also offered help at the beginning, which was useful for getting started. I know Freelo has an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature, but I haven’t used it yet. I have never had a performance issue, the system is always handy (web, mobile phone).

What I like best about Freelo is that I can easily keep track of all tasks assigned to me, and the timeline view helps me clearly see what deadlines and tasks are coming up next.

Overview, checkboxes, and multi-level tasks are all covered. When you create a task, you can add instructions, which is helpful for clarifying what needs to be done. When creating sub-tasks, you can add several at once, but if you want to include different details for each sub-task like a different deadline or the person responsible you still need to open each one separately.
