We use Foxpass as the RADIUS server for our corporate Wi-Fi network, and it has proven to be a reliable and straightforward solution.
Implementation & Setup
The installation and configuration process was quick and intuitive. We were able to get the system running with minimal effort. During implementation, we encountered one issue that required customer support. Their response was prompt, and the guidance provided resolved the problem efficiently, allowing us to complete the setup without delay.
Integration & Use
Foxpass integrates seamlessly with our internal Active Directory, enabling Single Sign-On for our users. Once configured, the service has been running continuously and transparently in the background, providing secure authentication without disruptions. End-user device setup was minimal—Windows PCs, Android, and iPhone clients required only a one-time configuration. After that, users have not needed to make further adjustments, which has significantly reduced support requests.
User Experience
The authentication process has been smooth for employees across the organization. The only minor inconvenience is with Apple iPhones, which require a configuration profile to be uploaded. While not a major obstacle, it adds a small extra step compared to other platforms.
Overall Impression
Foxpass Cloud RADIUS delivers exactly what we need: a secure, cloud-based authentication system that integrates with our existing identity management tools. With its ease of deployment, responsive support, and dependable daily performance, it has become a valuable component of our network security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
