
FortiVoice gives our health center a reliable and secure communication system that's easy to manage across multiple sites. As an FQHC in rural West Virginia, consistent phone service is critical for coordinating care, handling patient calls, and staying connected between locations. FortiVoice’s user-friendly interface and dependable performance allow our staff to focus on patient care instead of troubleshooting phones. While FortiVoice generally meets our needs, there are a few areas for improvement. The initial setup and configuration can be a bit technical, especially for smaller IT teams without dedicated telecom staff. Some features—like advanced call routing or voicemail customization—aren’t as intuitive as we’d like and require a deeper dive into the manuals or support resources.
