Also the group workshops, weekly internal and external reviews, and timely deliver every Friday on work was impressive. We had an extensive and aggressive timeline with a ton of work... but that didn't stop Focus Lab from being extremely dialed in on keeping our timeline up-to-date and on track.

Focus Lab had a defined process and operating rhythm, which is part of what makes them good, but it did feel rigid at times. I believe they've changed their model a touch since we worked with them to be more flexible, but clients who need more iterative cycles, additional downstream execution support, or non-standard deliverables may find themselves wishing for more flexibility. Their incredible messaging and brand guidelines exercises help us present our brand through wording and design.
