What do you dislike about FledgeWorks?

Because Fledgeworks offers such depth and a wide range of features, it can take a little time to fully explore and understand everything it’s capable of. There’s a bit of a learning curve, especially for new users who aren’t as familiar with HR tech platforms. That said, once you get the hang of it, the depth becomes a real advantage.
