Its performance management and competencies management features are especially strong and easy to use. The workflows and automations are well-designed, helping streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort. It saves significant amount of time and keeps everything organized, making HR operations more strategic and efficient. **What do you dislike about FledgeWorks?** Because Fledgeworks offers such depth and a wide range of features, it can take a little time to fully explore and understand everything it’s capable of. There’s a bit of a learning curve, especially for new users who aren’t as familiar with HR tech platforms.
