**What do you like best about Flashgrowth?**

Flashgrowth did everything we needed them to do - we stood up a performing, successful insurance ageny with Callan's help.  Super responsive, knowledgeable, well connected, and a great person to work with.

**What do you dislike about Flashgrowth?**

There isn't anything I have to put here.

I have only good things to say and highly recommend Flashgrowth.

**What problems is Flashgrowth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We retained Flashgrowth to help us build out our own internal P&C insurance agency operations, including:
* Carrier appointment introductions, conversations, and contract negotiations
* Sales motions and cadences
* Agent and SDR hiring 
* Compensation models
* Partnership intros and conversations for broker relationships and other partnership needs
* Vendor selection for technology needs
