I really appreciate Janek Performance Group for their excellent group training, even when conducted via Zoom due to contingencies. The instructor was fully engaged and successfully geared the audience towards active participation through their skills as a knowledgeable trainer. The training has been incredibly valuable in improving engagement, sales, and customer retention through the active skills taught to our sales executives. Janek Performance Group was able to package these sales skills into concise concepts and apply them to our sales group. I also love their approach of engaging us in group roll calls and individual activities to practice the concepts discussed. Additionally, their personalized approach, taking the time to get to know our company and applying the sales concepts to our daily activities, stands out. I can't think of anything I would change about the service.

I believe all parts of the experience provide value, particularly when they successfully relate to our specific industry.

I feel like there needs to be more preparation work and in-person field experience to keep all points relevant to our industry. Doing more prior research particular to our industry and specific market nuances would greatly increase the program's effectiveness. Also, it seemed like more time was spent with territory managers and strategic accounts, whereas regional accounts didn't get as much focus. The training directed towards regional accounts should make them a priority, given the differences between territory managers, strategic accounts, and regional accounts.

I found our instructor to be well informed and kept the group engaged throughout the seminar. I appreciate how Janek brings a series of perspectives on how sales calls should flow from start to finish, creating a successful call. The method seemed to be a great pathway to gaining more sales, as agreed upon by the group I was with. I find that segregating meetings into the four pillars allows for seamless delivery and engagement between the salesperson and the customer. The orderly progression of the call as described by Janek is critical. The virtual seminar was held over Zoom.

What I like the most is how practical and realistic their training is.  It’s not just theory it’s things you can actually use right away. The sessions are engaging, and the examples feel relevant to real sales situations. I also appreciate how they focus on communication skills, which has helped me feel more confident when interacting with customers.

One downside is that some of the content can feel a bit repetitive if you already have experience in sales. Also depending on the schedule, it can sometimes be hard to balance training with a busy workload. It would be great to have more flexible or shorter sessions for people with tight schedules.

I find Janek Performance Group's services most valuable because of the engaging group exercises and the small group sessions working through case studies. The examples of real-world scenarios really resonate with me. I also appreciate how well they keep the audience engaged during long training seminars; even with breaks, two days of eight hours plus is a long time, but they manage to keep us enthused and moving energetically through the material. I specifically thought Tara Stewart was an amazing leader, keeping everyone engaged and energetic.

Some of the sections or modules seemed to be fairly rushed due to time constraints. It felt like the key elements weren't always hit without feeling rushed, which could be improved without extending to a three-day seminar.

I found Janek Performance Group's sales class to be very well put on and well received. Their methodologies and expertise were valuable, particularly in breaking down complex concepts like buyer personality traits to their foundation, making them easier to understand and implement quickly. I appreciated the interactiveness of the class with the instructor, Corey, which was engaging and informative rather than a boring slide-by-slide scenario. This stimulating approach not only provided a lot of insights but also excited me about learning more and signing up for additional classes.
