**What do you like best about Flame Analytics?**

Flame Analytics Platform out of the box gives 95% of what most retailers and shop owners need to understand better their customer behaviour. In addition, their customization capabilities help big owners to design their products with their custom data sources.

**What do you dislike about Flame Analytics?**

Nothing in particular!! There are no major flaws.

**What problems is Flame Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flame helps any physical space in 3 main axes: 1)  Gathers all data sources available to understand the customer and/or public behaviour in their spaces. 2) Gives accurate, real-time, and easy-to-understand KPIs about these behaviours, for tech and non-tech audiences. 3) Thanks to all the Big-Data included, proposes insights and actions to take based upon this data. So, gets all the information available, tells you what is happening in your shop, and also what you can do to improve customer satisfaction.
On the marketing side, it provides an easy way to communicate in real-time with the customers and proposes new campaigns and experiences, seamlessly and privately.

The tools provided by Flame are very versatile and improve sales. With them, we have substantially increased our sales compared to the competition.

**What do you dislike about Flame Analytics?**

Over time it will need improvements, but for now nothing displeases us. Like any IT tool or application, it will need patches, improvements, or we will detect new needs.

**What problems is Flame Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps you close the gap with the competition. 
Furthermore, it is much more efficient than investing in advertising campaigns alone. 
For now, I think we have only found benefits.

**What do you like best about Flame Analytics?**

Highly recommended for analyzing the necessary ratios for your Retail business. It allows access from different accounts so that each user can see the information they need. You can create custom dashboards without the need for technical support, which makes it very agile and fast for your business.

**What do you dislike about Flame Analytics?**

As any tool, it needs coordination with a developer to integrate the data with your POS transactions. The team is fast, which poses no problem!

**What problems is Flame Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to know almost in real-time what is happening at each POS. This means that decisions can be executed on the same day and not lose sales in any case.

Making decisions always involves a risk, but making them based on good data is important to give our clients what they really need.

But without a doubt, the best thing about Flame is the people who work there.

**What do you dislike about Flame Analytics?**

It would be great if they also had a presence in the French market.

Other than that, I have nothing more to say; they seem like great professionals and attentive to the clients.

I am currently working to launch a project analyzing different metrics in a Retail business.

Thanks to the free demo, we have been able to confirm the good results.

A powerful tool for collecting and processing information, but simple when presenting valuable information and KPIs, designed to facilitate decision-making.

There is nothing about the current tool that I dislike, but possibly in future developments and given the current omnichannel nature, they would need to increase the ability to capture and combine different metrics, online and offline, to measure the impact on (and of) the establishments.
