**What do you like best about flair.hr?**

It makes giving and receiving feedback actually feel natural. The integration with Slack and the simple, clean interface encourage my team to celebrate wins regularly, which has been great for morale.

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

While the core features are solid, some of the more advanced analytics and customization options feel a bit locked behind higher-tier plans. It can be a bit rigid for very specific review formats we used to run.

It completely streamlined our scattered performance review and recognition process. Having goals, feedback, and praise in one central platform saves managers hours of admin work and keeps our team aligned and motivated.

**What do you like best about flair.hr?**

Flair.hr is the tool that I used to make my work easy and reliable. The user interface is easy to accessible. The core part of the product is so convenient to use.

The features are in Flair. HR is so nice.

If we have any issues resolving the accessibility of the customer support executive is too early.

Using this software daily.  

So easy to  use this with any other software.

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

There is no cons on this product to mention, Ther are some very minor bugs are there that is also can be fixed in future.

**What problems is flair.hr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is no concern about this product, every feature is awesome.

Using Flair.HR as ATS is so convenient to use. So that is why we prefer this tool. And the most important thing is this is a cost-cutting one.

**What do you like best about flair.hr?**

The right menu bar is really well made. It's functions and anmations are nice. I personally really like the little illustrations of people, and the animations of the time that passed shown in a simple clock. The way we can adjust the time, if we missed to clock in or ot is also super simple and nice.

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

For me, as I have a Huawei phone the app doesn't work natively and I hade multiple occasions on which I actually turned of the time tracking, but then it was still running over the weekend, which I only noticed later. 
The Absence Groups are also a little hidden and it took a while to find it.

**What problems is flair.hr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily book the absences through the flair and I don't have to contact my managers constantly about specifics. I can also see the amount of work and overtime I have and this is nice, as I can easily manage my work / free time.

**What do you like best about flair.hr?**

Flair is a good human resource management tool. As a user, I better have a handle documents needed to be viewed and signed, keep track of workflows, and manage my time through timekeeping.

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

I find all of flair's functionalities useful. I, for one, am using the Employee Hub. Sometimes, however, the system can become quite laggy or buggy, especially on timekeeping.

**What problems is flair.hr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that it helps me keep better track of my time ins and time outs, as well as my breaks. It is useful that I can keep notes on what I did during the day. I also like the fact that documents are now easier to handle and HR related tasks are coordinated on a much more convenient fashion.

**What do you like best about flair.hr?**

Flair.hr is useful for every employee and good for suggesting human resources, 
and it is an easy way to get payslips, our attendance, reviews and performances Flair.hr is excellent. 
and if we need a help and support, customer support is really eventhough can be easily integrated to another tools, I have using daily :)

Flair.hr little bit improve they Animation slides and solid background modes and personalization, thats really modify the update.

**What do you like best about flair.hr?**

As an employee, i apply for leave on the platform, identify those who are out of office on leave also so that i can take proactive measures to minimize delays in delivery of services.

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

At times as employees we encountered downtimes on the platform whereby employees could not login but the issues was raised and the adminstrator worked on it. The system was back and running after the issue was resolved.

**What problems is flair.hr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform has been beneficial in absence management as the requests are approved or denied within a short period unlike before when we used emails to send absence requests to our line managers. the platform also tracks hours worked by employees per month so that they can be recorded against the particular programme the employee has spent on it.

It is easy to use and doesn't take long to load up. I appreciate that it allows us to edit our log in details giving us accountability for our worktime. I also like that it reminds us of people's birthdays and the holidays!

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

I'm not sure if this has been updated but before, when I filed a leave and need to make changes, I had to delete the request and create another one. I hope we could just edit it, especially when it's not yet approved.

As someone who works at home, it automates my attendance at work. It eliminates the need to inform my supervisor when I started working or when it's time to leave.

I like that the support team is always willing to help in any questions. Also that you can custom your dashboard in wherever need your company might have.

My team experience a lot of errors in loging in their hours. This is the only functionality we need and it is not working properly

Time tracking and attendance are the main areas we would like to be covered from a HR management system.

**What do you like best about flair.hr?**

The fact that it is based on Salesforce, which we use as our "company OS", allows us to perfectly integrate all our HR processes with the rest of our operations. Its Employer Hub serves as a perfect, clear and clean frontend to our employees to track time, request time off, track their goals etc.
Also, the public career page which perfectly integrates with our recruiting workflow is a strong asset. I suppose it would be very hard to find a solution with a similar rich offering at flair's competitive pricing. Add the world class support, this solutions leaves no wishes open for us.

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

There is room for improvement in goals and performance tracking. Also, I'm looking forward to a new version of their mobile App, which doesn't yet match the desktop offering.

Managing a lean HR operation, without having to maintain a ton of tools for the various aspects of HR - from administrative tasks like time tracking and approval, to recruiting, to career development.

Good to register your working time and to add your wishes for holidays etc. Easy to use. Many features are available.

No really dislike so far. Just money spend for the company can not be registered with our company. For this we use a different tool.

When I used the platform, there was no shortcut to access it. You have to open the emial address to open the link.

We used this briefly as our HR system the last couple months I was working in the service industry. I mostly used it as that's where our schedules were posted - easy to view schedule, message coworkers trade shifts

N/A - I only used it as a user, not an administrator and it was a new platform they just implemented. From an Admin standpoint they did not have any complaints that I was aware of for what they used it for in HR.

We used it for weekly schedules but also for keeping track of time, which previously we had to use 2 different systems for. So it was nice to have the schedule and our time all in one place!

Flair has a nice and modern user interface and is easily usable for the individual employee. From my view the user experience is very good.

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

From an HR admin perspective the system could offer more automated reporting, it is not so easy to create a report for your own needs, if you are not familiar with the system. However, at least there are many reportings available, which you can change for your own needs.

Automated time tracking with a good employee experience is of benefit for us as a company. Also the reporting possibilities are of benefit as soon as mentioned above the reporting is built.

Being someone who often overworks herself and struggles to set boundaries, leading to burnout - the time-tracking feature helps me keep track of my work day and ensures that I am taking enough breaks. I also love that I can request absences through the platform. This feature saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

I wish I could log my working hours on the flair myself for other colleagues to see. And I feel that the platform would thrive even more with an element of employee customization.

Perhaps employees would be able to view working hours and time zones in the future.

I am more aware of my working hours and productivity while being less prone to burnout and overworking myself. This makes me more productive during working hours and rest more easily when clocked out.

**What do you like best about flair.hr?**

The employee hub is very intuitive and allows me to access anything from documents to holidays to annual reviews in a couple of quick clicks. It's obvious they take the user experience very seriously. If any issues have arisen, the flair team is rapid to respond and offer their assistance, which is much appreciated! As a salesforce user, flair also integrates well with the platform to provide quality data.

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

I have not encountered any big issues when using flair, but a wish would be for flair to develop features around the management of employee expenses in the future so it can be a one-stop HR solution. It would also be nice to have reminders in the desktop/phone time tracking app at around lunchtime or when it is time to clock out.

**Recommendations to others considering flair.hr:**

flair is a great product that the users in your organisation will easily adopt. It's a quality HR solution especially if you are using salesforce and I would definitely suggest trying it out.

**What problems is flair.hr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

flair has dramatically reduced the amount of unnecessary email correspondence between HR/managers and employees like myself. We're able to apply for absences and check our benefits easily, as well as submit any changes to our timesheet directly. Information no longer gets lost, and responses are clear.

**What do you like best about flair.hr?**

Flair is a complete app that covers the majority of HR business needs. 
All of this in one platform simplifies greatly the need to integrate multiple specific tools into salesforce to cover the same scope.
Ease of use for the business is a significant asset of flair. Features and functionalities are straightforward, reducing the time spent by the user in executing each process, allowing them to focus more on the employees and less on the system.

They took over the great habit of salesforce of having frequent and meaningful release that improves its features. It's a pleasure to see the platform evolve with such relevancy.
As a salesforce admin, the amount of maintenance it requires is close to zero; this is also made possible thanks to flair's great support

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

I don't see any current major gap in flair. 
As a flair user and especially as a manager, the amount of data that I can access to monitor the career and goals of the employee I manage could be improved. 
Maybe create a goal page to monitor the goals set and see what actions have been done and remain in the form of a checklist Tracking progress of all employee goals and achievements on a global level would help.

We're bringing the full HR suite to salesforce, allowing our users never to leave the salesforce.
All data is aggregated in salesforce  and allows us to connect their daily work data to their HR data seamlessly

-Documents (payroll, contracts, other HR related docs) are saved in the tool. No more phisical paper, or mail - which is great. 
- Overview of the calendar for the entire company - helps to plan and confirm holidays

- The Calendar function is often does not work when you switch between months (it often shows the previous months) -seems like a bug
- You cannot revoke/edit submitted educational leave
- A support function /chat would be nice to add or a FAQ

**What do you like best about flair.hr?**

I like the intuitive and self-explanatory user guidance as well as the transparent structure. 
Also that all data and processes run via it, and flair serves as a central platform for it. The constant further development with a focus on the customer makes it possible to place needs and to be perceived.

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

Of course, there are other functionalities that are desirable and will certainly be introduced soon, but not yet fully implemented. From my point of view, such features could be integrated as expenses, or recruitment with a better interface to Salesforce, where feedbacks can be sent at the same time.

**Recommendations to others considering flair.hr:**

If you are looking for a centralized platform for personnel management, Flair offers an excellent solution with the necessary overview. In addition, with Flair you are taking a step towards digitalization to position your personnel management well in the long term.

It offers an almost holistic control of HR processes and helps to manage everything in one place. I appreciate being able to view employee details at any time and, with the extensions regarding absences, also having personnel planning under control at all times. Before, it was more challenging to have an overview via different platforms, and it costs valuable time to build this up continuously.

I love the easy handling and UI of the tool. It's easy to set up new job postings, and these just look good on our webpage. Some HR processes are automated and save a lot of time! Flair releases frequent updates that improve the software even more over time. The implementation was quick and professional, and the training given was excellent for us.

Some of the features and topics we would like to have are on the roadmap but take some time to release.

The minimalistic design and user-friendliness are great.  In addition, compared to old solutions like excel sheets, you have a great overview and you don't lose any data. I really enjoy working with the software!

The only thing that happens sometimes is that I get the wrong calendar week shown. Refreshing the page solves the problem.

**What do you like best about flair.hr?**

Flair has every feature we need for our needs. It is not only the essential HR and recruiting modules but also a well-made performance and goals section. We use it a lot, and it provides us with an excellent overview of the whole company.

But the most amazing part for me is that we can automate everything – thanks for being on Salesforce. No more blockers and bottlenecks – all we need, we can customize.

Currently, there is not something to dislike. I would like to have more learning materials, though.

Flair offers a brought feature set for recruiting and all HR processes. Powerful integration into salesforce allows us to connect sales & payroll. Slack integration rocks

The joint review process on candidates within the employee hub is not 100% ready yet - BUT Flair moves very quickly and I am convinced that it will be awesome within 2-3 month.

We manage all HR and recruiting process within one platform. As we also handle sales, marketing, finance within Salesforce it is very beneficial because we are able to connect sales with payroll. Smart integration of Slack also saves a lot of time.

Supports all processes from recruiting, staff planning, and reviews. As an app in Salesforce, it is well embedded, while the employers can use the convenient hub for all purposes.

I do not dislike something. If your company recognizes further needs, the flair team can often solve it very quickly. For sure, they will add additional features in the future, but I am not missing something crucial at the moment.

Nothing super important buy maybe canceling vacations process can be improved a bit, for example to be able to remove or all days in your already approved vacations.

I like best that all candidate and employee data are stored in one central system, which makes the data very easy to handle. A Kanban-view Dashboard provides a good overview of all candidates in the pipeline and candidates can be converted to employees in just one click. In addition, I can use a wide range of reporting and dashboard features to gain valuable insights into recruiting & HR data.

I would appreciate if flair would support us more in handling the on- and offboarding of employees (e.g. by providing an interface in the employee hub where the newstarter needs to complete certain checklist items).

Problems: 
- employee data stored in several different places
- a lot of administrative work to be completed by HR

It's very clean, organised and user friendly. Specially useful when I was new to the company and had so many to register. I believe it was also easy to hr to keep up with hundreds of employees, because all their feed back came 100% corret for me and all my colleagues.

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

Lack of a visible translation button. We work in 3 main languages. Mostly german which I don't speak. Once I requested vacation time when I meant extra- hours.  Google automatic translation mistranslated the therms. This was easily corrected, though.

Keeping track of extra- hours was a must.

I love the feature to copy whole weeks and that you can switch between one-week and multiple-week views. Furthermore, when flying over the hours total, you still can see the number of hours scheduled per week even if you are in the 4-week view. I also really appreciate the responsiveness of the development and support team!

**What do you dislike about flair.hr?**

I miss the feature to save arrhythmic work schedules. The speed is also disappointing, but I am sure that something will be done to fix it.

In my position, it is vital to have the correct view on how much capacity we have in our stores. Using the shift planning tool, I can compare shift hours with planned capacity and react if necessary.

The App got a significant impact on being better. To review the timesheets and be able to make changes in the app is very helpful.

Also, the ShiftPlanner has a good start, but for me, as I use complex planning over several locations with switching employees and keep in mind every wish of them, the ShiftPlanner by Flair is not enough to reach the requirements. 

For me it is just a platform to show the employee their shifts. But i do not plan in this system.
Also the employee cant see other shifts nor can i see the shifts of the people i manage in the location shift grafic.

Flair has made a good development in the past months. Simplifications in the planning tool such as the 4 weeks view, filters, the copying of shifts create the planning a lot easier.

The feedback tool is still too cumbersome. The logic that I can't see Michael's feedbacks and that there is always a manager deposited makes it very difficult with 90 employees when leadership is shared.
