# Which ethics and compliance training tools work for a company with under 300 employees that needs proper compliance coverage without an enterprise LMS budget?

<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/knowbe4-compliance-plus/reviews"><strong>KnowBe4 Compliance Plus</strong></a>,: helps when compliance coverage overlaps with security awareness, privacy, and human-risk training. Less obvious if the need is mostly HR policy training.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/sap-successfactors-learning/reviews"><strong>SAP SuccessFactors Learning</strong></a>: makes the most sense if the company already runs SAP. The bundle may be helpful when standardizing HR systems, or expecting training to sit inside a broader HCM stack. </li>

&lt;p&gt;For a company under 300 employees, I’d avoid judging the platform by how many LMS features it has. The better question is whether a small HR or compliance team can run the entire program without spreadsheets, constant follow-ups, or outside implementation help.&lt;/p&gt;
