This program organizes and updates you on leads which is really helpful for my business. The updates are in a timely manor as well. Even leads that have been in their for years are still available to see and use. You can also keep track of what you have gone with the leads and how you have communicated. This program syncs with the other programs I use and puts everything into one. Even when I don't have my account active, the old leads still show up. This is the most wonderful thing I could ask for.
