This tool is a great way to route your leads to a small or large team and since all leads are stored you can redistribute when needed. ### 2. The updates are in a timely manor as well. Even leads that have been in their for years are still available to see and use. You can also keep track of what you have gone with the leads and how you have communicated. This program syncs with the other programs I use and puts everything into one. Even when I don't have my account active, the old leads still show up. This is the most wonderful thing I could ask for. Its doesn't feel like they shut you out. **What do you dislike about FiveStreet Real Estate Lead Management?** Its a little pricey for that it features. If it were less expensive, I would consistently use the program. Other than that, it's great. **Recommendations to others considering FiveStreet Real Estate Lead Management:** Sync all lead programs you use to Fivestreet. This will help tremendously in organizing your business. Keep updating what you do with each lead so you don't get far behind. Also, look at every lead weekly to check on the status of each one. Fivestreet is as good as you make it out to be. It provides everything you need, you just need to use it correctly. **What problems is FiveStreet Real Estate Lead Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lead Organization. All leads are put into one with all of the information there and ready to be used. Every time I contact a lead or there is some communication with that lead, I update all of that information. This also helps in remembering what is going on with each one. ### 3.
