The workflows in console cloud are definitely a very useful tool. They streamline the process for items such as arrears & vacate especially. When used correctly by all staff it ensures that any staff member in the office can easily and accurately determine the exact stage of any process. Maintenace- it needs a bit more work done to it to include a bit more automation however as a basic maintenance management system is does ok. Coming from a much more heavily automated maitenance system has made the transition a little more difficult however we can see that Console Cloud is making progressive steps in that area. Cloud has been an easy transfer for us with so many daily tasks saving features.
Life is so much easier with the Workflow for cutting down the time to create Routine Inspection notices and bookings.
For staff who need to work from home due to Covid issues, it is a breeze with Console Cloud.

Workflow with rent arrears could be made so much more efficient with being able to view tenant files simultaneously as creating and sending breach notices.
When attaching documents relating to the same issue, whether it be maintenance or any ongoing reasons about the one subject, it would be easier to be able to attach/download a file that we could add every email or correspondence relating to the same issue in one file, instead of having to search through documents and finding 10 items that relate to the same thing, especially with maintenance that would have photo's of what is happening. I like using Console very much. It allows me to be able to keep track of all of the essential aspects of being a property manager, including being able to save compliancy information, and also it sends reminders for when something is due for renewal, it is easy to use. It often is updated with new great features that are never too hard to learn how to use. If a property is sold the system does not update the new owner's details so if a routine inspection is carried out after settlement occurs it still comes up under old owner's name. Console help advised you have to create a new inspection, copy comments & transfer photos to the new report. Too time consuming & needs to be updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've been using Console Cloud for a couple months and overall have found it fantastic. The knowledge base & feedback features are very helpful! The merge into Console Cloud was pretty seamless from another software system and we were kept updated throughout the way. There are some more developments/upgrades to be made, however these are in progress and looking forward to them being released. The statements need some upgrading with flexibility to send when you want & if consolidated or not for multi-owners. More work aroudn withholds - can manually choose to process a bill even if a withhold on. Being cloud-based makes the program fantastic for team members working from home and/or the office. It is live and updates instant, which is fantastic. There are only a few little things that could be improved to make day to day tasks more time effective but nothing major. If our office has every experienced problems the tech team have been able to assist from the back office. Having automated invoice arrears function would greatly aid the ease of use of this fantastic platform. Also when rent prices increase, having this data captured and flowed to all other files attached would alleviate missing out on collection of fees appropriately.
