The Resquared email sequence feature is valuable because it allows me to send out batches of emails that are both targeted and tailored. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** What doesn't work as well is targeting custom geographical areas, or smaller areas, when trying to avoid certain areas. Also, contacting businesses after using it for over a year now, there's been a handful of businesses that I've reached out to more than once, which could possibly damage relationships. The initial setup was pretty painful as the first version had a couple of rollouts that had some major platform glitches. But now things seem to run very smoothly despite some features not being available anymore on the new version. **What problems is Resquared solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resquared helps me reach businesses looking to expand, relocate, or renegotiate leases, targeting specific tenants. It allows tailored outreach with automated efficiency. ### 2. Also, being able to put together a sequence that will reach out to hundreds of businesses as well as have automatic follow ups has helped us find tenants and get the responses we look for. The team at Resquared is very helpful not only getting you started but also throughout the whole process. I use this program all the time and it has helped us find quite a few tenants from shopping centers we represent. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** The dashboard when you first enter the site can take a few minutes to get used and I wish it had more stats to show progress on a home page when you first log in but that is me being picky because that information is easily accessible. **What problems is Resquared solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its helping me get the properties I represent in front of a larger audience in a shorter amount of time. ### 3. The initial setup of Resquared was relatively easy. They had an onboarding call, and they offered the process to us, which made our life a little bit easier. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** I am frustrated by the fact that Resquared didn't solve any problems for me despite expectations that it would handle the sales process and lead generation, turning into a $2,500 monthly expense without any guaranteed returns. Over eight months, it failed to bring in any inbound leads. The quality of leads provided was quite low, as they never offered any value, which makes the database less responsive and accurate than expected. Furthermore, the new AI tools introduced to assist with the process did not bring any improvements. Despite claims of future integrations, none were offered over a nearly ten-month period of using the service. Additionally, while the initial setup was relatively easy with an onboarding call, there was a noticeable lack of support after this phase, leaving me with insufficient guidance. **What problems is Resquared solving and how is that benefiting you?** n/a ### 4. I also appreciate knowing that if I have any questions, our customer success manager is always there to guide us. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** I would really like if in the campaigns we could be able to attach images or PDFs. I would also like if the AI could draft more professional emails since a lot of the times we are reaching out to nationals. **What problems is Resquared solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Resquared because it helps us target businesses that fit our shopping centers in minutes, solving the problem of finding more businesses in specific areas. ### 5. It gives you great input on how to best reach them without ending in the spam folder. It gives you insight into how interested a prospect is and gently nudges you into contacting them again when you should. For a commercial real estate broker, it gives you tools to reach your customers that beat any of the commercial real estate listing services. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** To the extent that there are many features, there is a bit of a learning curve, but once you master them, it becomes second nature. The team at RE2 is very responsive to any appeals for help, and super nice too. I can't think of anything I don't like about it, other than it's not free. However, you do get what you pay for, and it is worth it. **What problems is Resquared solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps identify and reach prospects (in my case, potential commercial real estate buyers and tenants), and nudges you to stay on top of your leads. ### 6. Onboarding has also been fantastic—responsive, clear, and hands-on. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** Nothing so far. I do commercial leasing and I’m able to find the exact type of tenant. I’m looking for for specific spaces. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** Sometimes the process of getting a campaign live is a bit confusing, but they eventually get out and get leads. **What problems is Resquared solving and how is that benefiting you?** I struggled to get contact info for property users in bulk based on business type. Use good solid data to connect with small local businesses. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** Our experience with Resquared was disappointing from the start. Our initial contact struggled through the first meetings, provided poor training on their system, and then abruptly left the company... without anyone notifying us. As a result, we lost an entire month or so of support without knowing why. By the time a new rep stepped in, the damage had already been done. When I requested a refund, they refused. In my view, this reflects poor business practices and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend Resquared based on this experience. **What problems is Resquared solving and how is that benefiting you?** They failed to solver our problems. We have not closed one sale as the leads provided were very poor. ### 13.
