What doesn't work as well is targeting custom geographical areas, or smaller areas, when trying to avoid certain areas. Also, contacting businesses after using it for over a year now, there's been a handful of businesses that I've reached out to more than once, which could possibly damage relationships. The initial setup was pretty painful as the first version had a couple of rollouts that had some major platform glitches. Bringing all of the local/regional tenants information together with a few simple clicks is great and definitely a time saver. Also, being able to put together a sequence that will reach out to hundreds of businesses as well as have automatic follow ups has helped us find tenants and get the responses we look for. The team at Resquared is very helpful not only getting you started but also throughout the whole process. The dashboard when you first enter the site can take a few minutes to get used and I wish it had more stats to show progress on a home page when you first log in but that is me being picky because that information is easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am frustrated by the fact that Resquared didn't solve any problems for me despite expectations that it would handle the sales process and lead generation, turning into a $2,500 monthly expense without any guaranteed returns. Over eight months, it failed to bring in any inbound leads. The quality of leads provided was quite low, as they never offered any value, which makes the database less responsive and accurate than expected. Furthermore, the new AI tools introduced to assist with the process did not bring any improvements. Despite claims of future integrations, none were offered over a nearly ten-month period of using the service. Additionally, while the initial setup was relatively easy with an onboarding call, there was a noticeable lack of support after this phase, leaving me with insufficient guidance. RE2 is more than just a list of prospects. It gives you great input on how to best reach them without ending in the spam folder. It gives you insight into how interested a prospect is and gently nudges you into contacting them again when you should. To the extent that there are many features, there is a bit of a learning curve, but once you master them, it becomes second nature. The team at RE2 is very responsive to any appeals for help, and super nice too. I can't think of anything I don't like about it, other than it's not free. Resquared gives me direct access to small business owners in my area and lets me build targeted lists by business type—exactly what I need for prospecting. The data detail is excellent, and the campaigns actually work: I’ve received a high volume of genuine responses from potential tenants.
