There is nothing to like. Do night sign up for this! **What do you dislike about Parkbench.com?** Signing up for Parkbench has been one of the greatest regrets I've ever had since becomeing a Realtor. It's basically paying THOUSANDS for an idea. Nothing more. You're paying them and doing all the work! YOU need to book, film, edit and post interviews every week in order to qualify for the money back guarantee, while Parkbench has no onus to deliver you anything of value. If you want them to help you book, edit or post interviews then guess what, you have to pay for that! Just after signing my contract, a regret I'll have to suck up, I was diagnosed with an illness that has made it impossible to create all the content they require. I made a call to try to explain and was basically told, sorry about your luck. This is the most heartless, uncaring, unethical company I've ever come across in Real Estate. Do not sign that contract! Now, I wouldn't doubt if somoeone from the company chimes in to gaslight me on this review. My on-boarding experience with Cristina Baldini was great and started me on my path and motivated me to be creative. Jordan Aquino-Serjue is the Zoom training guru that gets you started. When you need more help Ryan Formosa is there for you. I can't wait to meet with Jessie Olson to get a jump start on marketing myself even more. **What do you dislike about Parkbench.com?** So far I have not found anything about parkbench to dislike. Before your area/city is taken **What problems is Parkbench.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a realtor it is important to know who is in the are that can work on various items within the homes that need to be repaired or kept up during the sale and after the sale. I am meeting many of the service people that are here in Oak Ridge and available. I am also beginning to build relationships with many of the people in the area that have roots in the city and an interest in the city growing - this is important to me too. ### 6. Even after they say they pulled the sales call, - the reply was, "well, you sounded pretty excited to us". BTW, if you stop all of the rest of your business and do nothing but create content, then we guarantee it will work. - Well, so does knocking on doors, but who has time. Pay someone 4000.00 for a SUBPAR site, a less than an elegant platform, to say the least, only to be provided with additional responsibilities - Anything will work if it is all that you do. What a great gig these people have. If Realtors behaved this way - well, we wouldn't be Realtors. Here is a big deal - I don't want my name affiliated or on anything Parkbench related -Their integrity, compassion, empathy, and understanding are in line with that of a large corporation that has the arrogance of someone you can't touch. They do not know or understand our Community - Our Community Locals that makes a difference, and they certainly do not care - Keep your business local and in the USA! Do you know how expensive attorneys' fees are for filing against a Canadian company? Just don't get there in the first place. I have found that the companies that I am able to interview love the concept and are willing to share the interviews with their sphere of influence. It is actually a lot of fun to do the interviews and to track the progress after uploading it to Parkbench. I would recommend utilizing this platform if you have the means and the time to dedicate. **What do you dislike about Parkbench.com?** If you do not stay on top of it, it can be overwhelming. However, the support Parkbench provides makes it a lot easier. The staff is sensational and always willing to assist. The one thing I would say they need to work on is how to bundle their product offerings.
