What do you dislike about FISPAN?

It is a great product. If your bank supports it and your ERP supports it. It is very much worth adopting, if your bank doesn't work with FISPAN, consider switching to a bank that supports it. What problems is FISPAN solving and how is that benefiting you?

FISPAN enables users of financial systems to implement a continuous reconciliation process while embedding payments and controls directly within the ERP. "Excellent Plug-in; Game Changer in ERP Banking Integration"

What do you like best about FISPAN?

The banking plug-in is intuitive, easy to use, and quick to implement. It simultaneously creates and routes the necessary payment instructions to your financial institutions to pay your vendors and posts the back-end accounting entries in NetSuite required to record the GL impact of those payments. What do you dislike about FISPAN?

FISPAN is only available with certain financtial insitutions, and the product and go-to-market strategy is dictated by those financial institutions. What you get with JP Morgan is not necessarily the same as what you would get with Wells Fargo. The product varies from bank to bank and so will your experience with that product. That said, the quality of the product is always top notch and the customer service team is unparalleled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FISPAN solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reduces time and effort in managing my organization's and clients' organizations' accounts payable processes. Increases speed and efficiency of payment runs and transmission of payment instructions from ERP (source) to bank (target).
