I have used mYcase in the past and this feels more modern and efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont have any major complaints at the moment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Firm Central's storage capacity is abysmally low

Additionallly, there is not mobile app, only "mobile friendly." In other words, there is no mobile app, and that is a major inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Firm Central is fantastic for entering time, including setting time as billable or non-billable, and seeing daily and weekly summaries. The ability to see an overview of my time each week is helpful to make sure I am accurately tracking my hours (and is a great reminder for when I need to bill a little more). It is also incredibly useful to be able to easily access an earlier week and stay on that week's page when entering old data, rather than having to manually enter old dates repeatedly when adding billing hours. This is especially useful when double checking a prior month's totals are accurate.

I also enjoy the ability to access Westlaw from the Firm Central homepage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Firm Central does not make it easy or clear to see what payments a client has made or when, and it is difficulty to determine at a quick glance when clients owe a balance. It is also my understanding that the billing system overall is not an improvement to our old system. My main use of Firm Central is entering time and accessing Westlaw, so I do not have complaints, but I am aware our office manager had to request additional tech support multiple times to learn how to navigate the Firm Central system. I like every tool and services it offers. Has a calendar, a company portal and billing / expenditure for uploading data. Shared access to exchanging documents and access to others is also available. Makes multiple users on a single domain as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You have to put the name of every user so it can be a pain from your account when you add new employees. Also, don't like how it signs if you're too long inactive. You might also want calendar event alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have to put every users name in order for them to access it from their account which can be a pain when you are adding new attorneys or employees. I really appreciated the integration with Outlook in regard to the calendar and emails. Super useful, and can keep a running tally of what is going on in the file, and saving the pertinent documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration of Outlook email and calendar system is for Windows users only. When the firm switched to Mac, that integration was lost, and the development team was not able to create that integration for over a year or more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
