"Efficient Work Order Routing, But Frustrating work order text-field behavior."
What do you like best about Field Nation?

I appreciate the feature that allows work orders to be routed to specific ICs after reviewing their work history and ratings. This makes it easier to assign tasks to the most suitable individuals based on their past performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Nation?

The work order webpage can be frustrating because sometimes, after entering information into the fields, I have to re-enter it again. This issue is especially noticeable in the address section of the work orders, where I often find myself inputting the same details more than once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I owuld like to see Field Nation do more to grade the caliber of technicians. Maybe having tests to show the tech has the knowledge. Maybe have "classes" so the tech can gain knowledge and they all have atleast a unified basic knowledge of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Field Nation?

One of the biggest benefits is how it helps streamline field service work. Instead of spending extra time searching for contractors or handling paperwork, Field Nation keeps all the details in one hub. The fees can feel a bit high, especially for smaller projects.

It makes it easy to find a wide range of techs and skill sets and is relatively easy to screen them before you start a job to verify expertise. The prices are pretty competitive as well. The representative who got us started was very easy to work with. She had all of the answers, or was able to get them very quickly for the company specific issues we encountered. What do you like best about Field Nation?

I've used Field Nation on a daily basis for about a year and have found their support staff to be very responsive. I like that their portal has number of different ways to sort and filter when searching for service providers anywhere in the U.S. It allows service providers to upload photos of jobs as they're in progress and when complete. I also like that historical data is saved for completed jobs in case I need to refer back to to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Nation?

I don't know that it's a downside, but I wish the dispute process was more user-friendly. For instance, the ability to approve payment of the original contracted amount, while placing any additional amounts on-hold for review would allow faster payment to providers.
