We use FieldNation on a daily basis, and it has quickly become an essential part of our workflow. As someone still relatively new to the platform, I’ve found it incredibly easy to use—even as a beginner. One of the things I value most is how seamlessly it integrates with our Autotask services, allowing us to manage everything in one centralized, streamlined system.
The platform gives us the flexibility to implement anything we need to support our internal processes, which has made day-to-day operations much smoother. Whether we’re posting jobs or locating techs across the globe, FieldNation allows us to move quickly and confidently.

At this time, I can't say there's anything I truly dislike about FieldNation. However, if I could suggest one improvement, it would be allowing super admins to add employees directly—without needing to go through a middleman or customer support—especially when urgent issues arise with logins or third-party integrations like Autotask.
