## Field Day Reviews
  ### 1. Engage employees and strengthen company culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicia H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Field Day?**

User-Friendly Interface: Field Day is intuitive and has a user-friendly interface. It's easy to navigate, plan trips, and get other users to engage.
Versatility: Field Day is a great tool that creates flexibility and accommodates various use cases, whether it's for group trip planning, individual events, or simply reporting. The tool is impactful for both corporate and non-profit organizations.
Collaboration Features: Field Day is intended for collaboration and engagement that connects users and keeps them on the same page. It’s been a nice resource to bring folks together for volunteer events.

**What do you dislike about Field Day?**

The biggest feature I would like to see is additional integrations into other tools - communication tools like Slack or Teams, and HRIS systems like Zenefits or Workday, which make it easy for folks to post in one spot and it can connect across other platforms.

**What problems is Field Day solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Field Day is helping to strengthen our organizational culture using Field day, by bringing people together to get involved with local nonprofits. They are also helping support our Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability program by using a tool that helps many folks drive change within our company. As a remote-first workplace, Field Day is helping us get folks connected to each other through volunteer opportunities

**Official Response from Serena Khader:**

> Alicia,

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that Field Day has allowed you to engage your employees through volunteer opportunities. We’re always working to make things more efficient and easier to use, so we’re looking forward to offering more ways to integrate with existing tools in the future. We’ll keep you in the loop as those features become available. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback and experiences with us!

  ### 2. Great for Volunteer Groups!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie R. | Community Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Field Day?**

Field Day is an incredibly easy to use platform to connect nonprofits with volunteer groups. As a volunteer coordinator at Birch Community Services, Field Day has been a great resource to find large groups of volunteers to get tasks done quickly and efficicnelty. It's been a great platform to both increase our visibility as an organization and find quality volunteers to complete essential tasks.

**What do you dislike about Field Day?**

The biggest drawback about Field Day is that I sometimes miss notifications about a message or request, so I need to make sure to log into my account on a regular basis to check for volunteer requests. However, the staff is wonderful and will email me directly if I have an outstanding message or request when I need to respond.

**What problems is Field Day solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Field Day is helping solve the problem of connecting corporate volunteer groups with nonprofits. At Birch, we have the capacity to host a large number of volunteers at the same time, but we often hear that companies don't know about us. They are helping people learn about us!

**Official Response from Serena Khader:**

> Valerie,

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We’re so glad to hear that your nonprofit has been able to use Field Day to get discovered by corporate groups and host volunteer events with larger groups. We’re all about building connections! We want to support our nonprofit partners as much as we can – if more notifications would be helpful, we can absolutely do that! We’ll keep you posted as we add more reminder notifications so you can let us know what you think. Thank you again, Valerie, for such kind words and valuable feedback, we appreciate it and we appreciate you!

  ### 3. Fantastic platform with a great mission and supportive team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine P. | Director of People/Head of People, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Field Day?**

Field Day is a fantastic way to coordinate volunteer events for your company. They do all the vetting and sourcing of non profits, and you can filter your search based on type of non profit, days of the week, etc. Employees can sign up through the portal, get information about the event (time, date, location, what to bring) and easy updates on the event and reminders. It also has the functionality to let others within your company create volunteer events, for example a manager wanting to do an event with their team.

**What do you dislike about Field Day?**

I can't really think of anything... We've been with them since Beta and they just keep improving the product with intuitive optimizations that make it even better!

**What problems is Field Day solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a remote-first workplace it is really helpful for creating opportunities for us to get together, both virtually and in person, and connect outside of work.

**Official Response from Serena Khader:**

> Catherine,

We’re so grateful for your kind words! Finding corporate volunteer opportunities can be time-consuming, so we’re happy to hear that Field Day has made it easier to find and plan volunteer events for employees at your company. We’re so excited that Field Day has helped create connections within your remote-first workplace. If there’s anything we can do to continue to support connections within your company, let us know! Thanks again, Catherine, for taking the time to share your experience with us.

  ### 4. Very kind, responsive, and helpful team!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caty W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Field Day?**

They created a menu of activties function that does not require creating an account to make things more accessible! Very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Field Day?**

Nothing really! They are always improving

**What problems is Field Day solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping businesses find us rather than us trying to find people interested

**Official Response from Serena Khader:**

> Caty,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Field Day! We’re stoked that you feel the platform is accessible and has helped you connect with corporate groups and other volunteers! And so glad that you’ve had positive experiences with our team as well.
