**What do you like best about fibotalk?**

Fibotalk is a user engagement platform but it is not just a chat software. Fibotalk is a website analytics and customer engagement platform. Fibotalk provides funnel analytics, cohort analytics, event tracking, etc to its subscribers. These functionalities will help the digital marketing manager to make informed decisions to improve efficiency and productivity. Another cool feature of Fibotalk is NPS or Net Promoter Score. This feature tracks customer sentiments. Fibotalk supports one-time code implementation.

**What do you dislike about fibotalk?**

Fibotalk is a great tool but it has some drawbacks. Fibotalk's free plan only suits small businesses. The free plan only allows 2000 user sessions.

**Recommendations to others considering fibotalk:**

Fibotalk can track user journeys, identify relationships between characteristics of users and their behavior,  and identify important events happenings, etc. These functionalities can help you to make informed decisions. We recommend this solution to all digital marketers.

**What problems is fibotalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibotalk is allowing us to track user journeys, identify relationships between characteristics of users and their behavior,  and identification of important events happenings, etc. Fibotalk provides useful user analytics to the digital marketing manager to make informed decisions.

**What do you like best about fibotalk?**

I am very happy with ease of implementation of Fibotalk. The Data on the platform is very good and it has helped us improve some features to increase adoption. Our biggest challenge was account based analysis of adoption, which is quite well thought out on the platform. We got good support for some custom reports that added value in our product.

**What do you dislike about fibotalk?**

We are using an embedded Fibotalk solution primarily; everything is implemented very well.

**What problems is fibotalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a SaaS product company, we requried a 3rd party solution which can display user analytics on our product dashboard.
