
Initially, FSM’s sales team was responsive and willing to meet multiple times to discuss the project scope. Unfortunately, the quality of service sharply declined after the contract was signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Project delivery was slow, inefficient, and riddled with unnecessary customizations that increased both cost and time. Their billing practices were deceptive, attempting to enforce contract terms that contradicted their own agreements. After termination, they tried to charge me for services not rendered and resorted to legal threats rather than addressing legitimate concerns.
