You can even download its app to use it for day to day hotel operations which makes it super easy to use and on the go app for day to day hotel operations, plus the 24/7 live chat support backs you up if you need any sort of assistance. **What do you dislike about eZee Absolute?** The subscription fee, maybe. I would love to see an option to see change due in it. Not that it's that big of a feature but yeah, it would be great if they do adapt it too, it would be great! **What problems is eZee Absolute solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a cloud based Property Management System, so, I never have to worry about losing the data which is very crucial for any hotelier. And it's completely cloud-based hotels PMS system. eZee is incredibly simple and offers excellent assistance. The live chat support team and email team provide excellent user-friendly service. **What do you dislike about eZee Absolute?** It freezes when I switch properties and won't allow me make new reservations, either. I became quite upset with Team Viewer. close browser and freeze keyboard. Parts & PMS Purchasing given that it was a little unclear. **What problems is eZee Absolute solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has automated hotel operations like managing front and back-end offices, reserving the bill and housekeeping, and following the best practises set by the hotel.  It is an all-in-one automated hotel solution application. It has raised revenue for the hotel. ### 4. It has facility to integrate door lock integration which was best my friend was looking for to generate seamless card generation while guest is checking. **What do you dislike about eZee Absolute?** Customer experience sometimes is not much responsive. **What problems is eZee Absolute solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well, when I checked with a demo version of it, was having feature of guest portal too, which has helped best by allowing guests to access their information and check in/check out and bill information too.
