Would've appreciated better technical support. It is enough to know just a base of PC use. The logic of work it is easy to understand. I can keep under control reservations even from my home or other country, when I am in trip. Even for our guests: check in is faster, to do a bill is easier and faster. Many operations become automatic. The reports which include payments, outstanding and tourist tax a very useful and easy to understand. **What do you dislike about 5stelle*?** What my team doesn't really like is that cancelled reservations can't be tracked, since they vanish from our system, sometimes we encounter difficulties in terms of understanding the room category we would have to work with. **What problems is 5stelle* solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes specially in high season tracking all bookings can be struggle, but with 5stelle we have everything in one place. Although it says that there are no possibilities of overbooking but there are some instances in past with my properties.
