**What do you like best about Exym EHR?**

The user interface is very easy to use. It is not hard to learn how to use the EHR system if you're new. The notes are easy to complete and submit. The calendar returned notes, and the notes to complete section on the homepage is a good reminder of pending and completed work.

**What do you dislike about Exym EHR?**

I don't like that the assessments and needs and service plan do not autosave. A lot of our workers have lost hours' worth of their work due to the absence of this feature.

**What problems is Exym EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely saves a lot of time on filing documents and the cost of paper. Needless to say, it is also helping us be more environmentally friendly. I also like the feature of time stamp which provides more accountability on the part of the workers.

**What do you like best about Exym EHR?**

I was wondering to have the direct support and line of connect in the first phase of the implementation phase. There were tons of questions and the need for clarification and the staff response were timeles and efficient

**What do you dislike about Exym EHR?**

Once the inplementation phase was over, the communication and direct support decreased dramatically and we were transitioned into the help ticket phase. It did incite some anxiety and the response was not as timely, however, there was a response. 

There was also a lot of context given to the support person that was repetitive prior to our ticket being fixed 

Last , it would be best to reveal all pricing for service add ons during the inquiry phase.

**What problems is Exym EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consent forms, reporting development and back end support are the current focus. Some of our clients continue to have challenges with the client portal and unable to sign consents. 

Likewise, the portal language is predominantly English and this is unhelpful for our clients.

**What do you like best about Exym EHR?**

The reports function has been the most helpful part of using the EXYM EHR. Being able to report on all types of services and billables has made it easy to report to management as well as track utilization.

**What do you dislike about Exym EHR?**

The functionality of the IBHIS connection is very difficult to navigate. We are hoping that the IBHIS connection can be made easier to use in the future in order to avoid billing delays and denials.

**What problems is Exym EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exym has solved the issues with tracking specific service deliverables by staff and by patients. We have also been able to report statistics from our programs to our significant funders more accurately.

**What do you like best about Exym EHR?**

It allows you to customize your own templates for each specific billing program you have! This makes it easy for supervisors and providers!

**What do you dislike about Exym EHR?**

Reporting, anytime we need a new report we have to request it. Ideally, what would make it easier if we had access to all our own data fields and make customizable reports.

**What problems is Exym EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Templates, some programs require us to verify information at every session. With the customizable templates we are able to capture the metrics we need, when we need them.

EXYM is user-friendly. The billing function is handy. EXYM includes DMH responses on each claim.

**What do you dislike about Exym EHR?**

Customer service is not been the best in the last 2 years. Need reports on additional data. Creating activities is problematic, in my opinion.

**What problems is Exym EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helpdesk response is very slow. EXYM needs to hire more representatives to assist with their helpdesk and respond

How easy it is to use and navigate through tabs.

When it comes to voiding and rebilling claims, it could be easier.

On my end, there are no issues and if there was; Exym sends bulletins that keep us informed.

Easy to use. Intuitive menus. Help desk is awesome in responding to questions.

The printing of the notes can be tedious. There should be a quick selection of the notes you want printed out.

The billing for our Mental Health claims.

**What do you like best about Exym EHR?**

The thing I like best about Exym is the auto save feature. I tend to write clinical notes rather slowly, so seeing that my notes auto save is very comforting, especially since the program logs you out if you step away for more than a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Exym EHR?**

I do not like the formatting of the homepage. I find it very confusing. I also think navigating treatment planning and diagnosis information could be made much simpler. There are notes or plans under external docs or activities that should be in the same category.

**What problems is Exym EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving note organization. I realize the intervention/response sections have been tremendously helpful in portraying a more accurate sense of therapy sessions.
