It can be a little clunky to navigate at times and the file size can be quite large, which does not allow us to upload into our LMS system. We have found work arounds, but if files could generate smaller, that would be great, but that is the issue with videos in general, so not unique to Explain Everything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It could be a little difficult at first, the people who use it for the first time, it has to be taught to how to use this software, because it is innovative, and it can be a little difficult to learn to some people. It can be annoying the fact, that if you don't know how to use it, the experience with this software can be very difficult, and frustrating. And I don't think that is a good thing for this product. The premise need to be a little more clear, advanced and easier for the first time users. And I do not think that it could be a lot of cons that I can put, if I am a regular user of this software. I love this software because it can import media from a variety of sources, and that makes the work more easy. That used to cost me a lot of extra hours. But with Explain Everything I do not take more than 5 minutes. The grupal work never was so easy and fun, with this software I can collaborate in real time with my partners by voice chat. If you are a teacher in a one-to-one school district, or use eLearning days instead of make-up days at the end of the school year, Explain Everything will be your friend. The program allows you to easily flip your classroom, providing templates for the types of lessons you likely teach most often. You can create your own template, or use a pre-loaded template. In my school district, we use a specific platform to deliver online instruction, Canvas. While Canvas works fine, I would like to be able to add Explain Everything as an app within the platform or as an add-on that students could use to create their own lessons. This would make classroom integration seamless and allow me to quickly move between ideas and lessons without checking multiple sites or providing links/passwords to students.
