It provides me and my students another tool they can utilize to demonstrate their knowledge. **What do you dislike about Explain Everything?** It can be a little clunky to navigate at times and the file size can be quite large, which does not allow us to upload into our LMS system. We have found work arounds, but if files could generate smaller, that would be great, but that is the issue with videos in general, so not unique to Explain Everything **Recommendations to others considering Explain Everything:** Seeing if you can cut teh file size down at all would be helpful! **What problems is Explain Everything solving and how is that benefiting you?** Student presentations, especially in the era of COVID has been extremely helpful! Each department uses it and enjoys the features of the program. **What do you dislike about Explain Everything?** I dislike that in order to add files from Google Drive you have to download the Drive App onto the iPad. When sharing devices, this makes it difficult. **Recommendations to others considering Explain Everything:** Make sure you purchases all of the accounts you are needing ahead of time. They give discounts for schools/individuals. So be sure to explore all options when purchasing. **What problems is Explain Everything solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving issues of not being able to show hand written projects to our classes while virtual teaching. With Explain Everything, you can present a document or project and mark it up while teaching the lesson to your students. It is very helpful. ### 4. I really enjoy when I use it. It is very impressive the real-time communication by voice call that I have with my partners, it is one of the best things that I can say about this amazing, but really amazing product. In the Whiteboard territory, Explain Everithing is by far, the best option. It has to be one of the 7 wonders of the world, it works almost perfectly. I really want to use it, by all the time, that I have. **What do you dislike about Explain Everything?** It could be a little difficult at first, the people who use it for the first time, it has to be taught to how to use this software, because it is innovative, and it can be a little difficult to learn to some people. It can be annoying the fact, that if you don't know how to use it, the experience with this software can be very difficult, and frustrating. And I don't think that is a good thing for this product. The premise need to be a little more clear, advanced and easier for the first time users. And I do not think that it could be a lot of cons that I can put, if I am a regular user of this software. **Recommendations to others considering Explain Everything:** I am really happy with this software. I recomend it with all that I have, it is a pleasure to use it everyday in my work, beacuse it makes me feel like I'm not really working. It is fast, it is simple, it is perfect to me. That used to cost me a lot of extra hours. But with Explain Everything I do not take more than 5 minutes. The grupal work never was so easy and fun, with this software I can collaborate in real time with my partners by voice chat. And the last but not least important, it save presentations to the cloud. The program allows you to easily flip your classroom, providing templates for the types of lessons you likely teach most often. You can create your own template, or use a pre-loaded template. Pre-loaded templates are a simple matter of drag-drop and can be modified to quickly meet your needs. **What do you dislike about Explain Everything?** In my school district, we use a specific platform to deliver online instruction, Canvas. While Canvas works fine, I would like to be able to add Explain Everything as an app within the platform or as an add-on that students could use to create their own lessons. This would make classroom integration seamless and allow me to quickly move between ideas and lessons without checking multiple sites or providing links/passwords to students. **Recommendations to others considering Explain Everything:** If you are working in a school district that is implementing one-to-one instructional practices, using eLearning days, and/or encouraging a flipped classroom, this product is a great place to hone your skills. It allows you to easily create lessons and activities, while keeping students engaged. You are not doing a simple switch of hard copy worksheets for an online copy, you are legitimately implementing technology in the classroom. **What problems is Explain Everything solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently, I use Explain Everything to help flip my classroom. This is especially true when we need to create eLearning modules for snow make-up days. Explain Everything allows me to easily create a lesson on new material and share that lesson with my students. It's also not that pricey, and there's a free version where you can do a lot. **What do you dislike about Explain Everything?** Sometimes it is easy to just use google share since Explain Everything is similar, so they should do something that really keeps people in. If you don't want to put time and money into trying it, the free version of the product is great.
