The placements on product pages and in the cart work together well: product pages spark exploration, while the cart encourages a confident add-on before checkout.
My team no longer spends time building manual cross-sell spreadsheets that quickly go out of date as inventory changes. The analytics are easy to follow, allowing us to see what drives upsells and hide underperformers with a click. Seasonality is handled naturally as well, which is critical in food.
