I have used SAP Concur and that is ok but the real time reporting and expensing options of ExpenseIn blow it out of the water. With having to expense mileage and receipts frequently due to my job role, this is a convenient solution to an every day task. **What do you dislike about ExpenseIn?** The main thing I don't really care for with ExpenseIn is that the mobile app for me seems to freeze up every now and then, but that is only with the mobile application. **What problems is ExpenseIn solving and how is that benefiting you?** ExpenseIn is solving the problem of tracking expenses as they come in. It's easy to use, and our end users have quickly adapted to it. **What do you dislike about ExpenseIn?** From our experience using ExpenseIn, I haven't found anything I dislike about the software and app. It has all our needs tied up, and I haven't encountered anything that I am unhappy with. **What problems is ExpenseIn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous expenses software was very outdated. We needed a fresh modern approach to decrease the time spent processing claims. Using ExpenseIn has considerably reduced the time it takes to sort through the employee's expenses. Specifically, when there is more than one tax code on a receipt - this was problematic on the old system. ### 4. The mobile app does exactly what it says on the tin - no-frills - but allows people to quickly log their expenses on the go. By taking a picture of the receipt, the details are saved in app - giving you the option of running your expenses in one go at a later date or on an ongoing Adhoc basis. **What do you dislike about ExpenseIn?** It can be pretty repetitive if you have multiple receipts as there is no mass-upload feature. Perhaps not ideal for a company with employees expensing frequently. Also, if you have multiple receipts from the same location, there is no way of grouping these together. There does appear to be some sort of AI that can recognise the name of the cafe etc., but this is quite basic currently and doesn't always work as intended. **Recommendations to others considering ExpenseIn:** I would recommend this software to companies with employees who don't submit a high number of expenses. It is very useful for individuals who typically submit 5-20 receipts each month. **What problems is ExpenseIn solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my role, I was meeting clients in cafes and restaurants across the city. ExpenseIn was a convenient way for me to log my expenses on the mobile app in between meetings without waiting to get back to the office or worrying about losing any receipts. It ultimately was a great time saver for me! ### 6.
