Upgrades are coordinated with the assigned support engineer and a lot of times are suggested and performed proactively. The appliance works very fast supporting all up-to-date protection technologies (such as immutable backups with configured ransomware lock. Data deduplication and compression are also supported. A little bit harder to configure in a complex environment at first but once deployed everything works perfectly. Needs a fine-tuning for deduplication and backup from Veeam.
