**What do you like best about EvalFlow?**

We recently transitioned to EvalFlow for our performance review process and I’ve honestly been really impressed with the platform so far. It’s easy to use, flexible, and packed with useful AI tools that help provide meaningful review insights and support managers throughout the process.

One of my favorite features is how customizable the review cycles are. You can assign different templates for self reviews, peer reviews, and manager reviews all within the same cycle, which gives you a lot more control and flexibility compared to other systems we evaluated.

What really stands out though is the customer support team. They’ve been incredibly responsive, supportive, and genuinely open to feedback. They’ve even been willing to discuss feature updates and customizations to improve the user experience, which is rare to find.

Another huge plus is the pricing model. Their pricing is very affordable with a flat fee structure, and there are no long-term contracts locking you in. The flexibility and transparency made the decision even easier for us.

Overall, EvalFlow has been a great experience and a refreshing change from traditional review platforms.

**What do you dislike about EvalFlow?**

Nothing so far. Platform works great for us.

**What problems is EvalFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EvalFlow helped us solve some major challenges around cost, flexibility, and sustainability with our performance review process. Many platforms lock companies into expensive long-term contracts, but EvalFlow offers a much more affordable flat-fee model with no contracts while still providing strong features and flexibility. The platform is easy to use, allows us to customize review cycles with different templates for self, peer, and manager reviews, and includes helpful AI insights for employee feedback and development. On top of that, their team has been incredibly responsive, supportive, and open to improving the platform based on customer feedback.

EvalFlow stands out for its ease of use and rapid deployment. We went from setup to launch in record time. Our managers appreciate having a "single source of truth" for goals and feedback, and the AI summary tool is a massive time-saver for anyone writing evaluations.

Nothing significant. It does exactly what it promises without the bloat of larger HR platforms. If anything, I just wish we had started using it sooner to avoid the headache of our last manual review cycle!

**What do you like best about EvalFlow?**

I really like how we started using Evalflow with our project managers and the tool was so easy for them to adopt. It helped us a lot in identifying problems and hurdles for our staff, which boosted performance and efficiency significantly and quickly. The transformation was simple and effective when we extended it to all staff members. I also appreciate how it helps employees contribute to their own success evaluations and proactively improve. The format that allows this is something we really value. The initial setup was extremely fast, and using it feels like visiting an interactive website. I recommend Evalflow regardless of the company size.

I would love to see new features such as more industry specific add-ons.

I like using Evalflow for our customer support call center as it helps gauge performance and customer satisfaction by evaluating the quality and pertinence of responses. I appreciate that Evalflow has helped reduce response times and the actions required by our RMA staff for equipment replacement. The seamless integration of Ai has made this tool very powerful. It’s ai conversational and social media-like interface makes it easy to adapt and use, which has been beneficial for our employees and HR service in aligning efforts to enhance customer satisfaction. I love the AI integration, which suggests that it will continue to evolve. The initial setup was very easy and quite fast.

I like Evalflow's ability to set different templates for various levels within the company, which is super useful for our team. The use of the AI agent to summarize employee and team management is also a big plus. I really appreciate being able to customize the platform to suit our specific use cases. It's been pretty straightforward to use, and on top of that, the onboarding process was really hands-on with support. What I like most about Evalflow is how easy it is to use while still offering a wide range of powerful features. The new updates have made implementation even smoother, and I really value the number of tools available to support our work. One of the biggest strengths, though, is the ability to collaborate directly with Younes—he has been fantastic in helping us tailor Evalflow to fit our specific needs, which makes the platform even more impactful for us.

EvalFlow is extremely easy to use and highly effective. The AI features genuinely assist in creating strong continuous feedback, OKRs, performance reviews, and preparing for 1:1 meetings. The EvalFlow AI assistant stands out as a truly innovative and valuable tool for performance summaries, analysis, drafting growth plans, and PIPs. It feels like the possibilities are endless with this powerful performance copilot. Onboarding is straightforward—adding users and integrating the platform with the rest of the team is a breeze. With active manager involvement and employees both giving and requesting feedback, participation rates are high, and all of our managers are now using it.

**What do you dislike about EvalFlow?**

While there is currently no option to customize impact fields, EvalFlow has indicated that this feature will be available in a future update.

**What problems is EvalFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EvalFlow enabled us to move away from the inconsistent and manual performance reviews that were previously scattered across spreadsheets and emails. In the past, it was difficult to keep everyone on the same page, monitor progress, or provide timely, meaningful feedback.

Now, all aspects of the review process—feedback, goal setting, check-ins, and review cycles—are centralized in one platform. Managers have clear visibility into their teams, employees understand exactly what is expected of them, and HR no longer needs to chase after reminders or documents.

The greatest advantage has been the increased clarity and consistency. Everyone knows where they stand, what areas need improvement, and how their work aligns with the company’s objectives. This has made performance conversations smoother, quicker, and far more effective.

We’re saving hours of administrative work each month, but more importantly, we’ve fostered a culture where feedback genuinely supports growth rather than causing stress.

**What do you like best about EvalFlow?**

Simply put, this platform is the best tool I can think of to help me evaluate, identify, and set a clear goal for my team. Evalflow helps me daily to keep track of my team's achievement as well as our weak point. I can observe, evaluate, and solve problems much faster with this system than with any other I've used before. I've been following Evalflow for a couple of years now, and they do not disappoint. I am delighted with the most recent Ai update, which also suggests improved ways to articulate my thoughts. You also get a lovely Spotlight section that connects you efficiently to your team no matter where they are located. Their customer support is very friendly and efficient, I do appreciate a first contact resolution. My team and I took no time to ease into it. I highly recommend it.

As of now, I do not have a downside as their platform is in constant improvement mode. It is user-friendly and easy on the eyes.

It helped me build a stronger connection with my colleagues thanks to the recognition feature as well as the spotlight sections. I can efficiently keep track of our strength and weaknesses as well instead of having to write notes on my desktop and having a thousand document. It's all there and so simple to use!

I like that Evalflow has a very good user interface. The user experience is very easy and intuitive, making it simple and easy to use. I appreciate its AI capabilities, as they aggregate assessments of employees to provide a general portrait and help managers easily develop their teams. The setup process was quite easy since it's a SaaS application.

It’s made the whole feedback process much more transparent and proactive for me.

Customer service is fantastic. Wonderful to work with.

So far, our managers and staff aren't aligning with the impact fields. Wish we could personalize.

Evalflow was quite a discovery ! Easy to implement and adopt within every day task for the teams. Great insight into team effort and work quality. Adopted by everyone with ease . We liked very much the skillset feature of every team member great tool!

We would love to see an addition of project management metrics in the future for niche industries

I really appreciate how this evaluation program makes it so easy to receive clear and constructive feedback directly from my boss. It's easy to use and can summarize information easily. The customer service is easy to get a hold of and make suggestions to for improvement.

It's inflexibility in how the evaluations are assigned to groups and the inability to change the metric terms to accommodate different types of work environments.
