**What do you like best about Esvyda Inc.?**

The messages and phone system that is in place so you can outreach to the patients/clients right from the platform is very easy and convenient for the staff to use. I personally love the reporting side of ESVYDA.

**What do you dislike about Esvyda Inc.?**

Their isn't anything that I dislike about ESVYDA.

**What problems is Esvyda Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a way that our utilize it for closing the health gaps in our community when it comes to monitoring our patient base blood pressure. It keeps the patient and provider accountable and aware of how the patient is doing with their blood pressure.

Customer Support for now is very good. Recommended

Limited medical devices integration. But the ones integrated work very good

Esvyda is a perfect solution for those having any chronic condition, especially if you want to monitor your love ones.

**What problems is Esvyda Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can monitor my parents remotely and follow up their care plan with their mobile app.
