It was very easy to configure the platform to work for the Electronic Retailing Association's events. We did not have to rely on eShow to manage everything for us - which gave us tremendous flexibility. This is a huge plus! Reporting was also very straightforward and easy and we integrated the platform with our marketing automation platform (Hubspot). The team at eShow was ALWAYS responsive and easy to work with. eShow's staff is VERY quick to respond to any inquiries, even if they're out of the office at other events. They always provide the answer to my questions, fix the issue and explain how I can fix the issue myself in the future. The program can be a bit overwhelming for a first-time user because of all of the functions it's capable of. When syncing with payment processing, the site also makes it a bit difficult to determine whether payments have been submitted to your financial institution or whether there was simply a payment logged in the software.
