It's easy to find and rate the content that our customers share with us. Before EnTribe, our customers shared lots of content with us, but we didn't have an easy place to store the content and the permission to use it. **What do you dislike about EnTribe?** We had some software glitches early on (nothing major), but the team at EnTribe immediately took action and was able to fix the issues to make it even easier to find and sort the content we gathered. **What problems is EnTribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** EnTribe enables our whole marketing team to have access to pictures and videos that our customers have created. It's great to know that we have permission to use the photos and videos that have been shared with us and we can easily sort through content to find what we need. **Official Response from Dustin Stollmack:** > Thank you for your review, Lisa! Additionally the EnTribe team responds quickly to any request and is always available to answer my questions. **What do you dislike about EnTribe?** At this time, I have nothing negative to say about EnTribe. **What problems is EnTribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was always very time-consuming to collect UGC before using EnTribe, and a manual process.
