The usage of the product though easy, requires a fair bit of effort. A user manual, better training & on-boarding, and probably access to a knowledge library about the product, the used cases, and maybe access to some case studies. In our case, we have realized as we explored with the team, multiple additional areas of engagement and usage, and it was by accident rather than design (while our current needs are getting completely fulfilled). Very easy to use platform and an amazing team. They have almost everything configurable from DMP - Chatbots, Voice Bots, Email Bots, Agent assist etc. Their API module is best for I refraction, even our developers love it. Engagely is an easy to deploy conversational ai platform which we used for our customer support. We could create customer journeys through a convenient no-code platform. We could integrate with our internal systems through API connectors. As a business user I could quickly pick the nuances of the platform and was able to manage day to day changes without the help of IT. Overall a great platform.
