**What do you like best about Engagely.ai?**

Engagely seems to be built for a very focused audience. In my view, the tool is a great fit for the BFSI segment because much of its bot training and many of its use cases are centered on banking and financial services. Another thing I really like about Engagely is that you can deploy bots across the main channels- email, social media channels like WhatsApp, and your website, so you can support customer-centric use cases wherever your customers are. This is very easy to use and implement in your premises. The customer support also is great as it helps customers to resolve their issues within minutes. I have used Engagely very frequently where I have also used to train the Bot for my use case.

**What do you dislike about Engagely.ai?**

They have wonderful products, but they can’t really be used for internal business functions, which is where I feel there’s a huge need. Bots can act as assistants and provide support across different business functions within a company, so I think Engagely is missing an opportunity here. I’d also like to see clearer use cases for industries beyond BFSI. They should consider expansion strategies that cover other sectors as well, such as e-commerce and edtech.

**What problems is Engagely.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagely now handles all my repetitive tasks, especially customer support and customer engagement across my busiest channels like Facebook, email, and WhatsApp. This has freed up my time so I can focus on more productive work, such as business planning and execution.

Have not observed any downfall as per my last usage of Engagely.ai platforms

As a Bank, we are adhere to follow certain process and Guidelines for handling financial cases, KYC etc. Platform provided by Engagely.ai provides a one stop solution for maintaining all process and employee training materials so that our user can view all process in one platform by simply use a search bar. **What do you like best about Engagely.ai?**

Easy on boarding and set up to get started with the operation. The Product team is strong and have vast industry knowledge. They ensures the customer experience is evolving in the positive direction based on our needs. Timely deployment and customer support helps us in focusing on our core operations.

**What do you dislike about Engagely.ai?**

There is nothing as such to dislike, the guidance support team provides is amazing. There is a bit scope of improvement in dash boards looks.

I would definitely recommend Engagely.ai to all the companies looking forward to enhance customer support and engagement. The team has always stepped forward to understand our business challenges and provide us solutions. API Integration is too good

Our customer experience was mainly affected due to unavailability of agent increasing waiting time and thus increases cost of customer support. After using Engagely, we are able to drive more queries with limited resources saving our cost. 
Best part is the product keeps evolving and we are kept updated about new versions and product lines

Product:
1) Extremely flexible product which seamlessly integrates with our platform
2) Advanced in terms of capabilities and provides us with multiple options not only to engage our customers but also to look at data, analyse and take actions

The biggest differentiator is the team across all competing products. Pro-active, prompt and very understanding of the product and our needs

**What do you dislike about Engagely.ai?**

The usage of the product though easy, requires a fair bit of effort. A user manual, better training & on-boarding, and probably access to a knowledge library about the product, the used cases, and maybe access to some case studies. In our case, we have realized as we explored with the team, multiple additional areas of engagement and usage, and it was by accident rather than design (while our current needs are getting completely fulfilled). And the fear is of an opportunity lost

We are a Supply Chain Finance fintech platform and Engagely is helping us automate our On-Boarding & Engagement process for our suppliers.

The team is expert in delivering solutions to complex problems in no time. Within a week we got a green tick on our WhatsApp chatbot and next week we have completed our execution to it and made it LIVE.

I would like to tell that team an improve on brainstorming and ideation. But, yes no matter how good you are today, there's always room for improvement, I am sure engagely will evolve with the technology evolution.

We liked it, and the results are live. If you like the work they did for us, we vouch you must also go for it.

**What do you like best about Engagely.ai?**

Very easy to use platform and an amazing team. They have almost everything configurable from DMP - Chatbots, Voice Bots, Email Bots, Agent assist etc. Their API module is best for I refraction, even our developers love it. All products are seamlessly Conncted. We are currently using 2 of their products and planning to expand use cases. I have found their team ready to help even in late hours. Keep it up guys

There is no downside as per my understanding, however I would recommend them to add more depth on sentiment and emotional analysis for conversations, keeping the same ease of use.

I would advise to use engagely for all customer support needs. Their suit of products is comprehensive and easy to use. The team is also awesome.

Automated our customer support using the bot and enabled our agents with live agent software. We have been able to reduce first response time and avg handling time.

**What do you like best about Engagely.ai?**

Engagely is an easy to deploy conversational ai platform which we used for our customer support. We could create customer journeys through a convenient no-code platform. We could integrate with our internal systems through API connectors. As a business user I could quickly pick the nuances of the platform and was able to manage day to day changes without the help of IT. Overall a great platform.

**What do you dislike about Engagely.ai?**

While the support is good, it needs to have a user community platform where users can post queries that are beyond typical support scope. Users could collaborate and share best practices and find solutions to their problems on their own.

When your company has customers worldwide, working within a singular time zone is less than optimal; however, the cost associated with staffing 24/7 can be impractical.  With Engagely.ai, we can perform customer interactions in a truly 24/7 fashion.

We found it beneficial to go through the available case studies and transpose their potential onto our current business model.  We think it would be even more helpful to provide additional examples.

Currently there are some disconnect in terms of Api based system connection. We have to depend on engagely team for any change in our Apis which is communicating with the chat bot.
