I love how easy the Endear app is to use for client outreach. Making buckets is extremely seamless and allows you to filter various aspects in order to reach out to clients for specific reasons - for example, searching all your clients that purchased a certain item to reach out and say we received a similar product they might like, or the same product they loved in a new color or fabric. I think it's helpful to integrate personalized marketing and clienteling into the business. Helps me to do follow ups for customer experience issues and product inquires. Elevates one-on-one interactions because we greet by name, then we can add specific product recommendations with nice media. It's really easy to use for the team, they have a great connection with Shopify so it's easy to implement.
