Obviously it is wonderful for scheduling events into spaces. Being able to pull reports and customize things is nice as well. I also like that I can enter in decor items into EMS and have a picture to accompany the item description. We couldn't do what we do in our department without this system! The new upgrade we just got was horrible. The simplest things we need suddenly went away and it takes forever just to update a reservation. When contacting tech support they have told us there is nothing that can be done to fix it. We have asked to be downgraded! It is definitely not an accounting software but it's what we use to do all our our invoicing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
