**What do you like best about Empxtrack?**

As an HR professional, I've found Empxtrack to be a valuable platform for managing performance appraisals smoothly.  One of its standout features is its extensive configuration and customization options, allowing us to align the platform seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Empxtrack?**

I haven't faced any downsides with Empxtrack yet. If I encounter any in the future, I'll be sure to update this review.

**What problems is Empxtrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes managing performance appraisals much smoother and easier, saving me a lot of time and effort. This platform not only facilitates smooth performance management but also offers insights across various aspects of employee performance, fostering holistic development within our organization.

**What do you like best about Empxtrack?**

EmpXtrack literally covers every single thing an employee requires in an organization and in a very detailed way. You can easily apply your leaves, manage your everyday to-do list, map your goals for the current month/quarter as well as future ones too. It's a best definition of an all-in-one HRMS platform.

**What do you dislike about Empxtrack?**

It's not very user friendly. You need a proper hands-on training to understand the tool. I've used multiple HRMS tools which are not detailed but were user-friendly. The options are not listed properly.

**What problems is Empxtrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It basically helps sort out the entire employee database - An employee's performance, attendance, details are all available out there.

Attendance can be marked easily even if u miss u can re apply

**What do you dislike about Empxtrack?**

Lack of notifications which is sent to the attached mail id. Need a better mobile app.

**Recommendations to others considering Empxtrack:**

It is easy to use. Can track of salary leave and attendance all at the same place 

**What problems is Empxtrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep the track of productive hours and if we miss the attendance u can regularize it later
